It was a week before December 17, 2006, which was the target date for the feeding program, Ark and I, met to get the 100 bottles of vitamins on a Hospital in Tondo, Manila to be donated for the feeding program.

After a few days, D’dreamer , Neozeke and I went to Prince Plaza to get the hundreds of clean towels and bed sheets to be donated for the feeding program, many thanks to Mr. Edward Dewey Baotmun.

December 14, 2006, Neozeke produced 70 pcs stubs and distributed at our tambay meeting.

The night before the feeding program Arman Sioson, our newest member of NMC, called me late in the evening and said that he wanted to help at the feeding program, he wanted to donate ice cream. I said that is too expensive? biro mo yung mamang sorbetero papadala nya kasama yung ice cream na tinda hehehe. So after a few conversation, I said go! The sad part of it is that he can’t come, dahil nasa laguna ang family nya he has to go home every weekend. He gave the name of the mamang sorbetero. And he was at the feeding at exactly 2:00 pm.

Feeding day!!!

Worried!!!! At the same time excited, eto naramdaman ko nang mga araw na ito.
Di ko talaga alam kung papaano sisimulan ang feeding. So I set up early as 12:00nn after my lunch. I gathered all the things to be used at the feeding program ,the soup that I donated and 2 tents that will be used, medicines from Jhon Palomaria a.k.a. Ark, towels and bed sheets from Billy Paglinawan a.k.a. d’dreamer, and the Biscuits from Ricky Cruz a.k.a. reekee. Then I texted all my brothers and sisters on NMC to be on the venue by 2:00 pm (Rotary of Navotas park). Pumunta ako sa barangay para kunin yung 65 chairs na hiniram ko, then nagkita kami ni elly one who donated the pancit at nagpahiram nang tables. He also helped me to carry all the chairs, tables and other items to be used in the feeding. Wheeey!!!!

When we’ve reached the rotary navotas where the venue was, the first member I saw arrived was Regalado Jasmin a.k.a. gallyjasmin and his wife. dala nya yung mga disposable cups spoon etc. and Ronn Coyoca a.k.a. bullet, then dumating na rin yung iba kagaya ni Cesar, a.k.a. bidang bida, Ralph Dollente a.k.a. Ralphfujiko together with his wife na may dalang sound system. Jhon Palomaria a.k.a. ark dala na rin yung digital cam, Billy Paglinawan a.k.a. D’dreamer with his wife and daughter, Erik Makasakit a.k.a. skulyosi dala yung mga tinapay na pinadala ni Genecarlo Ramirez, si Tet a.k.a. thetalpe dala din yung mga disposable cups , si Abby a.k.a. malditang kikay with friend alex dala yung hotdogs with mars mallows and few gifts, Roman dala rin yung pang raffle with his wife , then genesis a.k.a. battlax kasama yung wife may dala rin pang raffle at si Oswald a.k.a. chinitos may dala din gifts for raffle, then Ken Leander a.k.a. Neozeke dumating din with a 5 gallon of water.

Feeding Proper

Whoa!!!! di pa nag start nang feeding may mga tao na sa venue. Nandun na rin yung sorbetero. Hehehe so habang maaga pa nag set up na mga tropa nang tent and chairs, naka set up na rin yung sound system ni Ralph fujiko. Then nag ayos na rin yung iba mag repack pang give aways . then nung distribution na nang pancit, hotdog, bread at sopas, dumating yung problem na hindi pala natimpla yung ice tea at juice( inaykupo) , takbo ako ulit pauwi para kumuha nang jug at dalawang 5 gallons of water, buti nalang umabot wheeey!!! Hindi rin nagpahuli yung mamang sorbetero ayun dinumog nang pila hehehe.

Then pinapila na yung mga bata at yung mga magulang na nasa venue. So habang kumakain na sila we started the program with a simple prayer. Then I started the program with a stop dance for all the kids with a tune of (boom tarat tarat) para malibang sila. in the venue siyempre may prices din yung mga bata after that, nag paraffle na si kuya battlax, roman, at si chinitos, at tinawag na ni Neozeke yung mga batang may mga stubs para bigay yung mga giveaway na mga towels at kumot with vitamins at iba pang item.

After the feeding at raffle, nagsalita ang ilang mga magulang na-nandun at nagpasalamat sa NMC sa tulong na ginawa nang grupo para sa kanilang lahat. Ang sabi nung isang magulang “sana lumaki pa daw ang grupo at marami pa kami matulungan na tulad nila”.

Tingnan nyo nalang mga pic hehehe . after that we have a picture taking with the kids at some parents at naguwian na sila. Kami nagligpit nag linis at nagpasalamat sa bawat isa at nasabi naming Success!!!!! Ang feeding program II ……Sarap ng Feeling and thanks to god for the blessing and will para matuloy at maging success!!!!………….AIM HIGH NMC!!!
