restricting on not wearing shoes nor wearing safety helmets will not prove that we are safe. these accidents do occur and not because of not wearing these safety gadgets. if i am to cross a road and a speeding vehicle would bump into me; i should be required to wear a helmet in that case before crossing. the point here is that traffic rules and regulations are now diverted. the cause of these incidents are the overspeeding on the raods. can these guys focus on this matter? these roads are more safer without overspeeders. an overspeeding truck or car drivers should use helmets before crashing their cars on post or whatever they bump into. these can still be controlled. its not the helmet that keeps us safe. its controling the speed limits. these days, i’ve never seen an overspeeding driver ticketed. they issue tickets to motorcycle drivers not wearing helmet and not the overspeeders.
