The numbers on the helmet is not the smartest thing i have ever heard. How many criminals are going to wear a helmet when they commit a crime?

If someone was to steal your bike do you think that they will also steal you helmet as well? Come on now use a little commen sense here.

Sounds like someone is trying to make a job justification due to the fact that they don’t have anything else to do but sit around a dream up stupid things and convince themselves that it is a good idea.

They should use there energy more to implementing manadatory laws for cyclists that are needed such as road rules and respect for safety.

Law should be fair and apply to all; Car owners should be made to be identified also with plate nos. printed – say on their sunglasse, since cars are also being used (more than bikes) in comitting crimes.

siguro naman sa dami ng magagandang depensa na naisulat na laban sa kalokohang sticker sa helmet e magigising na sa katotohanan si chairman bayani. e yun nga lang awarding na ginawa niya sa metro film festival e isa ng malaking kahangalan, san ka naman nakakita ng best picture award na ang pinagbasihan e yung kinita ng movie? pag top grosser ka, best picture ka na, ngek.

Bayani F. mas makakabuti siguro na yung maraming PULIS na nasa presinto lang maghapon ay palabasin mo sa lansangan para mabantayan ang katahimikan ng BAYAN. At yung mga PULIS (pang gabi) na ayaw magpuyat sa oras ng trabaho ay disiplinahin mo. Magtrabaho sila sa oras ng duty nila at kung kailangan kahit na off duty nila. Ito ay mas makakatulong para masugpo ang krimen. Alalahanin mo higit na maraming pambili ng HELMET ang mga kriminal kesa sa amin na mahihirap na motorista. Mga kababayan ko na kriminal, pag nag operation kayo please lang number ng vehicle ni Fernando ang ilagay nyo sa HELMET nyo. MABULOK este Mabuhay ka Fernando.
