MCPF with new NCRPO Dir. Geary Barias
Motorcycle Philippines Federation members and leaders attended the formal turnover of command of PNP’s NCRPO at Camp Bagong Diwa , Taguig City on October 2, 2007.
The ceremony was headed by PNP Chief Avelino Razon, and was attended by various leaders in the National Capital Region including Mayors, PNP Directors and other notable personalities.
The Pnp leader’s speeches contains more communication and interaction with the community and a mandatory wearing of helmet to motorcycle riding policemen.
