Another video from PSupt. Gilbert Cruz. Might give the authorities higher up a better insight into how these crimes occur before coming up with ridiculous laws.

kahina-hinala na pala ako. naka full face, naka jacket. madalas naka bonnet pa, tapos laging marumi ang plaka. (buong motor actually.)

Here’s what people on top thinks.
If a criminal on bike were to commit a crime, he will be easily identified with his “plates or ID on hid helmet or vest”.
Either, the official comming up with this idea thinks the criminal will be stupid enough to wear this untampered that could identify him or the official is actually stupid to think it will work. It’s called loosing in touch with reality (being surrounded with “yes men” all the time will do that)
A good solution is to be consistent. To prove to the criminals that cops are just a phone call away and just minutes within reach. It’s called conditioning the mindset.
They dont need to be visible everywhere but that they can be mobilized and be there in a few minutes. It’s called response time.
How do we make our cops more mobile? Police bikes is the answer.

wow.. according to the video I AM a criminal because of the the fact that I use a full face helmet and wear a jacket. Also, I usually go through the same route to and from work so I can be a suspect doing surveillance.
Sheesh!!! Assholes!

Sir homerbagwis, sang ayon ako sa sinabi nyo. para masugpo ang krimen sa pilipinas especially sa Metro Manila or sa ibang lugar, kelangan dagdagan ang pulis visibility day and night.

I appreciate the efforts made by this video, although it will only add fire to those stupid lawmakers who thinks they have the right to think for ourselves. For example our right to wear the best protection possible, the helmet. In the video sabi naka full face helmet daw yun criminal. masyadong generalization. I bet in the next few weeks to months may mga councilor, congressman or mayor-patola na ipi-pilit na bawal na naman and full face helmet. Bakit pag naaksidente ba kami kayo magbabayad?

I agree.
Street cops precence is to keep peace and order, like ordinance and traffic.
Police rapid response team is to catch criminals and to put them away.
No ordinance has ever prevented organized crime from doing crime because they dont cooperate. You have to catch them and put them away. No short cut.

a criminal would not be stupid enough to wear a helmet to conceal his identity… PERIOD!
a helmet is too heavy, can block certain views, and is not very flexible for them…
a responsible rider would be stupid to NOT wear a helmet… PERIOD

I’m thinking of moving there to retire and was thinking that someone can give me an idea as to where the best place to live and the rent’s as well as the money conversion I like the occean and enjoy sailing.I ride a large motor cycle and enjoy fun people can you give me an idea where the best places are and what web site I can go to…Thank you Bill…

Let’s see what’s possible for William G. Van Tassel. .
Best place to live -
Sailing the ocean blue -
large motorcycle -
The best place to live for foreigners ( I think he is Dutch but the “Bill” is American) is Baguio City. Its cool there . The heat wont get you during the dry season. It is only 30 minutes to 1 hour away from the sea on the western side of Luzon Island.
Best Place for oceans and sailing is the Visayas and Palawan; cheaper too. (The Sulu and Tawi Tawi Groups south of Mindanao have lots of excellent sailing and islands complete with lagoons, one coconut, one hut and one boat - just like the pictures in the travel brochures - also the Jemaa Islamia, the Abu Sayaf, smugglers, and other international terrorists park their boats there for R&R).
Visayas is better. You can live in Cebu, Bohol or Malay, Aklan. If you live on Panay Island which has 4 provinces, you can take your big bike to Caticlan and enjoy Boracay Beach on Manoc-manoc Island every time you want to. the roads are good especially the whole length of Antique province. Or you can sail all the islands in the country. Take your big bike on your yacht and ride and ride till sunset; wack the heck.
Mindanao has good roads and also cheaper to live on. It has cool cities too - cool as in climate - These cities are however usually from 1 to 3 hours to the sea. You’ll miss your yacht. Davao City is safe for good people - the mayor there loves big bikes too.
Best place for big bikes though is Luzon Island. The spare parts are usually found in Metro Manila or Caloocan City. . or they can order them for you if not available. Spare parts for big bikes here are expensive. big bikes cost an arm and a leg too - most of the suppliers are profiteers - may they contract aids and die slowly in extreme pain. May they have big unremovable fistula-en-anu so they cannot ride anymore. -
Your advantage as coming from outside the country is that you can have somebody buy your bike needs for you. You can even sell some of them to us - reasonable price please. Good Luck?

Bubba, If your into nature and all that stuff you got it here in Phil. You’ll see great beaches, awsome bitches and in general, nice people. Nature tripping can be in luxury and neat or raw, down and dirty, just like sex.
As far as driving you hog.. forgetaboutit. Metro cecars and politicians still lives in dark ages, making everyone suffer as everyone uses the street yet its the last priority around here.
