Tailor/Custom Made Cordura Jacket

Leathers certainly is the benchmark for outer riding material but in the Philippines heat stroke may be an added hazard. I’m thinking of buying Bohn X-Ploit Chest and Arm Protector, the Alpinestar Tech Spine Protector, knee/shin and elbow/arm guards. I found a Cordura fabric outlet that sells by the yard in so many dark or pastel colors. Basically, I can buy all the materials to make a riding jacket and with the armor I want. Mga friends, can you tell me if there are experience tailor/leather shops that can integrate the armor I mentioned into a Cordura jacket? Please advice. Cheers, Cedric
