LTO Noveleta, Cavite just moved to Putol, Kawit Cavite (Carenville)
sa mga magpapa fixer
 ay kukuha pla ng liscense, lumipat napo ung LTO noveleta sa carenville, dun sa may bacao road....mkikita nyo agad un kc may malaking karatula nkalagay "NO FIXERS ALLOWED"! totoo na kya un?

Of all the LTO offices i have visited, Noveleta was the worst. Couldnt even get into the car park without fixers approaching us. I was still on the bike when they started. Problem is, it goes right to the top. Same guys from car park have buddies going in and out of offices inside. And I mean ALL offices, including the boss. If I didnt know better, I would have been shocked.
Cavite City is much better, and Main office at East Ave is much stricter than before.

(that was my experience when i get the confirmation of our delica van that was bought inside subic, i t-transfer kasi from the 1st owner to my dad. kaya need to get confirmation) actually, mas mahal pa pinamasahe ko kesa sa ibinayad ko dun. hehehe...

OT lang, paano pag punta sa LTO Kawit?
Hindi pa kasi nakukuha ng wife ko ang plastic ID since nag-apply sya ng license sa LTO Noveleta. Anyway, totoong garapal ang fixers and LTO officials sa Noveleta pero hindi ako kumagat sa bitag nila nung nagpadagdag ako ng restriction 1 a few years ago.
