PENGUIN??? He was Batman's nemesis

Try to look at Minerva Trading or Tres Hermanas at Caloocan City.

Penguin Helmet is a low end Helmet, suggest get Index instead budget wise.

Hi! Is there a open face helmet brand of INDEX or Penguin or nasa P1000 price range? I already have the HJC-CL-33(similar to the FG-23). I want to buy one for my brother-in-law who keeps on borrowing my brand new helmet which I only used once so far and is a size XL, while his helmet size should be a medium

Fulmer advantage: DOT/SNELL rated. Cheap considering it's DOT approved.
Design: ok lang, I have a chrome helmet.

Disadv: Heavy.

Haven't tried it on long ride yet so I can't say anything about comfort.

The weird part is that tmthy's AF-400 has a clip-on latch for the chin strap while my AF-S7 only has D-rings.

Additional: the AF-S7 has removable inside pads.

Fulmer...is best buy, considering the Price, and the certification it has, the helmet is quite heavy compared to HJC, better look for the right size (S,M,L) to lessen discomfort of wearing a very tight or an over sized helmet...and one thing, outercoat layer is quite thin, making it more vulnerable to scrathches...

Kaya I decided to buy hjc kasi mas bagay sa akin.

Fulmer Helmets

Yeah, I got one of those AF-S7, Multichrome.
Good Values for the Price, considering it is DOT and SNELL 2000 certified.
Sound and Wind Proofing is quite good too.
Rear vents also contribute well.

True, it is a bit big, and bit Heavy too.
I don't know if this experience is just me, but everytime I use it for a long ride, I feel the weight and it tends to shake a bit affecting my vision.
I consider the fit perfect, but the weight seems to shake my head a bit specially on uneven roads.
I must admit it could be better with a lighter weight.
