Rear Tires for FZR

nope. rim would be the wrong width. if you did you might hit the swingarm and chain too. i had an exup 1000 and that only could fit a 170 if i recall correctly (years and years ago).

Re: Rear Tires for FZR

you cant sir. i had an fz400 and a fzr400 and the fatest tire i can put is a 140 which i guess is the same with yours. 150, bibilog na. if you really want to have a fat tire, magmomodify ka na. new swingarm, new rims and tires and hopefully diretso parin ang chain mo after replacing those parts or else another modfiy pa and this kind of mods wil cost you..

I'm shod with Battlax 180/55 x 17's on the rear of my '94 liter FZR. Stock rims are 5.50 inches. No clearance probs.

Here's a chart to find the allowable tire widths vs. rim widths.

pero sa FZR250cc di ata kasya ang mas malaki sa 160 wide rear tyres w/o some serious modifications?
korek me if i'm wrong..

i use to ride a cbr250r, at halus kumasya na nga ang 160 dun..
i think it uses the same tyres as the FZR 250s..

Oo naman, for liter only. I was quoting only sir doughboy's liter FZR. Halos hindi rin maiikot ng 250 lang yan laki na yan. Major mods needed.

Kasya yata ang 190. Though hindi ko pa nasusubukan (nahirapan mag source noon), may mga nagsabi up to 190 na lang daw on those stock rims.
