    yzf250 r4

What do you guys think....Yamaha will release New YZF 250 R4. This motor seems to be a serious challenge Kawasaki Ninja 250 R. Yamaha manufacturing efforts seemed to bear new members of the caste YZF R slightly parted, at least Photos of the new sports Yamaha Motor has been spread in cyberspace. From the shape of this motor is not much to take from the design YZF R6 brother and sister who was born first YZF R125. The tank design, the front headlamp, rear view mirror, footstep, muffler, under fenders, rear fender, seat, and other details really adopted YZF R6 style. Unlike Ninja 250R handlebar, 250 R handlebar shape sporty type so that will force to rider little duck. Front tires have applied the dual-disc brake.

Not a lot of data of YZF 250 R4 machine specifications, but the indication this bike in production with a minimum engine twin cylinder DOHC and supported by direct injection. Viewed from Yamaha brings courage spec rear tire tread width, apparently carried by the motor power is greater than the Ninja 250 R. My second indication of this bike will meet customers much higher than the Ninja 250R, at least until the $ 2000 higher than the Ninja 250R that are likely to face-to-face directly with the Cagiva Mito Aprilia RS 525 and 125.

this bike is 100% much better than the Ninja250.. style palang panalo na yun nga lang syempre much higher price sya.. but regarding dun sa itsura nya eh hindi maganda or bagay yung sound nya.. imagine nalang mukhang r1 or r6 sya tapos tunog nya eh tunog UB.. parang nakaka irita diba.. not like the NINJA250 consider na talaga na ganun ang tunog nya..

That's the reason I love yamaha because of there design and performance.
The engine might sound a little different the fact that it has 2 cylinder motor...
I can't wait they said that this model is comming to the us. I feel sorry for the kawa guys...

ganda ng bike, padami na ng padami ang mga pag pipilian. sana dumating agad yung mga mga bike kasi kawasaki ninja 250 pa lang ang nag d-dominate sa 250cc. i hope maganda din ang aafter sales ng mga padating.

From the phrasing, syntax, & choice of words, this seems to have come from another article. Which site was this taken from please? I'd like to read and/or see more of it.

    Re: yzf250 r4

I think this--being a parallel-twin--is more of a direct competitor to the Ninja 250 than the new Honda CBR250.

Hmmm!!! I don't know bro but compare sa looks ng Cbr 250 against sa r4. I'll stick with my yamaha not even close papa... Kahit sa 125 class compared mo looks ng Cbr 125 to R 125 malayo paps iba talaga design ng yamaha. The body lines aero dynamic it's amazing...

    this bike looks promising than CBR 250. 1 cylinder(CBR250) against 2 cylinder(YZF250).
    IMHO

    Re: yzf250 r4

please dont flame me on this.

so I got really excited so I did a little googling since I was curious if this is real because of the following:

beefy swing-arm (that would be heavy, i thought)
tires is really big for a 250cc (another weight issue)
inverted (USD) forks (feature found on higher displacement)
    front brake system

all of these can make sense if it would be fitted on a 16k-18k inline four screamer. but we are talking about an entry level bike with a parallel twin engine at most.

then some youtube videos dated may 2009 shows these images.

Which is why it would be better to wait for an official announcement from Yamaha.
