Guys newbie here. im planning to buy a motorcycle but before i choose what model, i want to know first what is the best brand of motorcycle here in the philippines. and after that, then i will choose what model or unit. hope you will help me guys. i know all of you are experts here.

pili ka na lang sir sa big four, yamaha, suzuki, honda, kawasaki. mahirap magsabi ng specific na brand at magiging flame thread to. depende pa rin sa budget at riding style na gusto mo, kung speed ba hanap mo, or comfy, de kadena or twist and go, pero meron ding ibang manufacturers na okey din like kymco and syms etc..

good luck bro sa pagpili mo ng motor. search ka lang dito sa mcp, madami pagpipilian na motor sa market. choose wisely.

no problem sir, ang naging problema lang kasi siguro ay yung tanong na "best motorcycle brand". alam mo naman dito sa MCP. pag ganyang mga title ng thread e... ewan. sana sir ginawa mo man lang na 'motorcycle for newbie" mahirap kasi pag sasabihing best, madami mag aaway niyan dito. eniways good luck sir sa iyong pagpili sa iyong magiging kabayo, mapa hapon man iyan o instik o lahing puti.

add ko lang pala, madami din kasing best, best in speed, best in fuek eficiciency, best in handling, best in japorms. kaya try mo mag research dito. saka sir parang hindi ata ganun ang pagpili ng motor para sa kin ha. mag research muna bago ang lahat. peace..

ok lang men. use the search button. marami kang matututunan. but first think on what bike really suits you and your needs. dami kasing klase ng motor. and there is no such thing as best brand. each has it's own ups and downs.

yung ano lang sana simple lang. di kasi ako mahilig sa matutulin kasi medyo takot ako, takaw aksidente kasi motor eh. normal na pang service lang. saka di kagandahan ang daan dito sa amin kaya di yata bagay ang scooter. underbone ba tawag dun sa magaan at di kalakihan na motor. plano ko rin mag enrol sa honda riding academy para matuto mag motor...thanks

im not an expert but as others already mentioned, your best bet would be choosing one from the big4 manufacturers : honda, kawasaki, yamaha, suzuki.

you might want to be more specific since later on you'll be asking what 'model' of a particular brand you'd want to consider getting.

example of purposes:

1. for track use
2. for mountain trailing
3. for getting around the subd
4. for getting around the city (to & from work / school)
5. as a talking piece only
6. for drag racing
7. as a get away vehicle
8. as a passenger / business vehicle
9. for drifting
10. etc...

Totoo brod marami nang nag-away dito gawa ng comparison ng mga brands and UB vs BB. Kayang magsimula ang WW3 sa tanong mo. Sometimes you learn the hardway at makakarinig ng mga masasakit na comments dito. Marami na rin katulad mo na very innocent ang tanong pero binara. For your query, simple lang naman yan, paglabas mo pa lang ng bahay marami ka nang makakausap tungkol sa katanungan mo. Kapitbahay, kamaganak at kaibigan pa lang marami ka nang matututunan sa kanila. Ako nagtatanong lang dito kapag highly technical na ang kailangan kong malaman na wala nang makakasagot sa mga kaibigan o kapitbahay ko.
