I don't know if there's already a thread about this. Just a quick question how much is the charge for late registration. Late say charge per month? Thanks!

ganito din sa kumpanya ko ako ang nag rerehistro ng mga service vehicle 50% ng MVUC pag late na sa buwan.

weekly penalty
MC: 100
cars/uv: 200

monthly penalty
mc: 50% of mvuc (mvuc for MC: 240)
cars/uv: 50% of mvuc (mvuc for cars/uv: depends on the gross vehicle weight)

last digit of ur plate is the month of your registration(eg. 1-jan, 2-feb ...)
next digit is the week of your registration(eg. 1-3 first week, 4-6 second, 7-8 third week, 9-0 last week)
you can always register even a month before the expiry of your registration.

sample: my plate# is OK8888 my registration is every 3rd week of august.
when i register on the 4th week of august i would have to pay an additional of Php 100 as weekly penalty.
and if i register on the first day of the month i would pay an additional of Php 120 as monthly penalty.

what if the mc was last registered 2006 august..

do i have to count every month from august 2006 till present and pay it's monthly penalty?

for MC the penalty for Late registration is still 50% of MVUC (Php120) regardless how many years it was expired however you have to pay also the Yearly MVUC starting 2006 up to the present say 5 years arrears. 5 x Php 240.

pano kaya kung yung registration ay dapat nung august last yr pero ngayong april lang ireregister, this coming august ba register uli o pwede na bayaran registration until next year?

yung sa akin paso nang 5 years yung motor na nabili ko..

tapos pina renew..

mga 2,000.00 more or less yung nabayaran ko lahat.. mga 900 lang yata yun nabayaran ko sa LTO kasama na yun sa penalty..

yung iba sa insurance, smoke emission, etc.

magtatanung lang po... may Honda Dream Access 2001 po ako na 9 years na di naparehistro.

Tanung kolang po kung magkano aabutin ng penalty pag pinarehistro ko ito uli. Kung meron po na makakapagpost ng sample computation , thanks po ng madami.

Yung utol ko po kasi naglalakad sa LTO Manila South, yung kausap nya na nagaasikaso eh nasa 9k daw ho ang aabutin, tama po ba ito? nagaalala lang po kasi ako baka fixer yung nalapitan nya.

Any suggestion and info , salamat po ng madami.

ask ko lang ,what if you register after the registration month of your mc.example your
ending plate is 6 so it must be this month,pede bang gamitin un as long rides pa,bali mag register before end of the month?
