400cc n' above not ALLOWED to SLEX n NLEX

One of my friend told me that starting january next year, 400cc and above are not allowed to pass SLEX and NLEX anymore. How true is it? is there anything we could do to prevent it?

But who is the source of the information?

I was with the NLEX, SLEX, Startollway and Skyway people last month and they didn't mention anything about changing the status of motorcycle access to the tollways.

kasi kung sinabing bawal ang 400cc and up. it means pwede ang below 400cc which is very absurd.

I called up TV Patrol and after speaking to about 15 people I've come to the conclusion that the thread starters friend probably also heard it from a friend of a friend who only caught a snippet from some random guy in starbucks who heard it from his uncles 3rd cousin who actually lives in Norway and hasn't been to the Philippines in 23 years.

In short, TV Patrol know nothing about it. I called up the tollways authority for NLEX and SLEX and they don't know about it either - they were very polite and went out of their way to check in to it.

As far as anyone I could contact is aware, there is no change either on the cards, or in back room dealing.
