from tarlac city (post km 125) to pagudpod (post km 561) is 436kms away if your average speed will be 60 kms /hr it will be 7.3hrs to be exact without stoppages but since you will have pit stop for gas, meal, and butt rest say maximum of 2 hrs, more or less it istotal of 9hrs (pit stop included).

if you will ride north make your ride plan and iteneraries so that you have guide and references for example: take off time, ETA, ETD, gas stop points, meal stop points. distances from one point to another is also very important in order you can make you ride plan. also make a briefing before your take off so that everybody knows your way point and stop points.

north loop 1 and 2 namin, it took us 20 hours from makati to pagudpud. kasama na dun ang gas stops meal stops, picture taking sa tourist spots (quirino bridge, vigan, paoay church, la paz san dunes, burgos light house and bangui windmills).

last january, nung petron endurance run...may mga road and bridge works sa ilocos sur...pero di naman gaano nakaka-cause ng traffic.
