Yamaha FZR 150

Hi, i gt the Yamaha FZR 150 V-Twin, i and i want to change the sound of the exhaust to something like that of Honda 250 CBR or preferably the Hornet's.

Any suggestions how I can go about this? Has anyone done any exhaust mods and is their any risk to the engine?

Im actually from Sri Lanka and I got the bike locally, it costed me LKR 100,000 which is about USD 800

its a v-twin engine! even if you change the exhaust it will never sound like the cbr or hornet. thats why they call a single cylinder or v-twin engine"thumper" a IMHO.

this is the answer.. hindi naman sa exhaust ang dahilan ng tunog ng MC.. sa engine ito..

Nope it was a used one, had repairs to do when i got it, but managed to iron all of em out

Just a few cosmetic repairs left to do lyk change the front headlight covers cus it has yellowed and have change the rear tyre.

i deleted my post coz i thought it was very cheap only for $800, then i searched the net i was thingking of the new R15 pala. sorry!

Its was actully not cheap at all, quite the opposite. It waz on the pricey side

didn't know there were 150cc V-twin engines... anyway, V-twins have distinct sound and in my opinion better than that of single cylinders.
