Ano-ano po requirements ng change of onwership and renewal?

sir pasingit lang.. sa LTO kasi humihingi sila ng picture ng original na may ari,, bago mo kasi marehistro yan motor mong nabili.. hindi mo yan marerehistro kung wala kang pnp clearance para change of ownership... pag may pnp clearance ka na. hindi na la hinihingi ang picture ng orig. na may ari ng motor mo... kuha ka muna ng pnp clearance...

notarized DOS with photo copy of previous owner na my signiture specimen.. ctc kahit wala na ok lng.. dami ko na patransfer na wala ctc, but if makakakuha much better.

get PNP clearance sa kapitolyo or camp karingal, when you get there bibigyan ka ng form then babayad ka sa Landbank php200 yata or php300 wait for the release ng clearance. bring xerox copy of DOS, O.R. C.R

go to the LTO na na kaindicate sa C.R. then ask for assistance na lang kung san window ka punta.

Eh pano po kung sa malayong lugar pa yung place na nasa CR? Gaya sakin, yung LTO na naka-indicate sa CR ko is sa LTO Naga pa.. eh samantalang taga dito po ako sa Maynila..pwede po bang sa malapit na LTO ko na lang siya ipa-rehistro?

ah pwede na sabay yun, diba sabi mo naga ang nasa C.R. Nya so ang mga original copies ng documents nya nasa naga pa, yun iba kc pnapa dala na sa LTO manila para ilipat na ng file dito, medyo matagal lng ang process.

malayo ba ung pinagbilan mo ng motor mo sir? ok lang naman siguro yan as long as the OR/CR is in your hands..

tnx for the responce sir vincee actually kc ung friend ng may ari ang nagbenta sakin nagkita nlang kmi ng previous owner ng babayaran ko na cia at magpasign ako ng DOS bale ctc lang nya ang naka attach dun sa DOS.

sir pogs naparehistro ko na 2ng mc ko last august pero wla nmn hiningi sakin na ano mang docs from previous owner ang LTO maliban sa OR at CR actually nka manual pa nga ung OR eh un bang sulat kamay lang not computerized so bale nag pa take on pko sa taguig extencion LTO pero thru phone lang kc mabait ung LTO personnel na nakausap ko cnabi ko lang malayo ako sa loc nila kya kung pwede cla n lang ang magforward ng information ng mc d2 sa LTO nova pero ngaun sir nka computerized na ung OR ko kya any LTO branch ngaun pwede ko na cia iparehistro..

sir carlos db pwede in any LTO?like ung sakin sa taguig ang mother branch ibig sabihin dun po ako pupunta pra sa change of ownership?and regarding sa pnp clearance in any city hall ba like me in qc pwede ako kumuha or kailangan tlga sa crame pko pumunta together with my mc?

actually kung rehistro lang ng motor ang gagawin mo pwd kahit saang LTO,, pag change ownership punta ka talaga kung saan origin yung mother file.. yan ang pagkakaalam ko. ....Palagay ko pwd naman kahit manual lang ang procedure ang importante hindi fake... kasi hindi pa naman lahat ng LTO branch eh computerized na...

kelangan dala mo mc mo pero pag my kilala ka kht wala pwede na, yun mc ko kc my mga blinker and siren so advice nung contact ko ako nalang daw mag stencil para di na baklasin at ma kotong pa ng inspector!

Kase kung sobrang tagal po yun baka mag-expire na yung rehistro ko di pa rin nadating. Sa 1st week of march na po kase expiration ng rehistro ko.... 33 po kase yung last digits...

Naku, pano po pala yun..edi after 1st week of March tapos hindi pa kunwari ok yung paglipat ng file, ibig sabihin po ba nun di ko muna pwedeng gamitin MC ko? Huhulihin na po ba ko nun? I hope naman na mabilis na transaction ngayon. Kahit na magbayad na lang siguro ako basta mapabilis lang...

there are many thread that was posted before which also discussed this issue since i had recently transfer the ownership of my two (2) MC may be this will help you guys,

LTO REQUIREMENTS

transfer of ownership

original CR
original OR
original deed of sale
TMG clearance-macro etching certificate
Insurance certificate of cover (TPL)
confirmation of registration from the LTO district office the MC was originally registered
board resolution of secretary's certificate in case the vendor is a corporation
actual inspection of MC
duly accomplished MVIR with engine and chassis stencil
emmission test certificate from accredited emmission testing company

renewal of registration

original CR
original OR
insurance certificate of cover (TPL)
actual inspection of MC
duly accomplished MVIR with engine/chassis stencil

*MVIR - motor vehicle inspection report

in case there is no transfer of ownership the MC renewal of registration can be done under the name of the original owner in the nearest LTO distict office in your area, but you have to pay additional fee for CHANGE VENUE PHP100.

PROCEDURE:

1. first secure the confirmation of registration from the LTO district office the MC was originally registered, get first the request for confirmation from the LTO district office you want to registered your MC. in the case of one of my MC i get the request for confirmation from LTO baliwag, bulacan district office and send one of my personnel to go to LTO urdaneta, pangasinan district office to secure the confirmation receipt.

2. second secure the TMG clearance from the TMG regional or provincial office that has jurisdiction with the LTO office you want to register the MC. the offical fee is only Php300, first the TMG office will issue payment order then you will pay it thru the nearest LAND BANK the bank will issue SPECIAL BANK RECEIPT (SBR) which must be presented to TMG officer. the TMG officer will advise you the date you have to claim your clearance.
if you will register your MC in NCR you can get the TMG clearance from TMG camp crame or to any TMG district office in metro manila area.

NOTES AND REMINDERS:

if you will register the MC in the same LTO district office it was originally registered no need to secure the confirmation receipt from LTO since the record was already in their office.

the TMG clearance is only valid for one (1) week period so better to secure first the LTO confirmation before securing TMG clearance.

TMG clearance is only Php 300 but as a normal practice the police officer will ask for additional unofficial voluntary payment for speedy processing otherwise you will be given a lot of reasons and excuses and turn around to come back next day or may be weeks before you can get your clearance. in my case i have no choice but to pay this extra amount in order to secure the clearance faster otherwise unexpected can happen take note the extra amount i paid is almost double of the official fee.

for LTO confirmation official fee is only Php30 again another extra amount for fast processing.

also for emmission test they will take the picture of the MC so apperance is necessary

puede naman na hindi mo pa ipatransfer just make sure that you have a photocopy of CR, latest OR and notarized deed of sale just in case of checkpoint you have no problem.
