Mga Guru's malaki po ba size diffrence ng AVG sa OGK? used to have a med. OGK. Is there a big diffrence sa med./large ng AGV gp1 model?

the size difference is not much. If you are a medium on an ogk fullface helmet then you should also be a medium on an AGV gp1 helmet.
