I wasn't going to make this public, let alone post it here in MCP. but from what I gathered from a friend, it seems I am not the only one that was victimized by this bike repair shop in Mandaluyong City near the City Hall. I feel that if nobody steps forward and reveal what horror he had to go through with this repair shop, then the horror will plague more and more victims.

Anyway, the story goes:

About a month ago, I was riding my bigbike in Mandaluyong like I always do. minding my own business, when all of a sudden..i hear this thugging noise from underneath my bike's tank. i made a stop at my "suki" repair shop to check it out and found out that it was my auxillary fan jerking. It was a simple problem with even a simpler solution=new bushings to replace the worn out piece. Unfortunately, my suki shop couldn't do it since they didnt have spare parts. I had to get rid of that noise so I made my rounds again checking out shops and inquiring if they could make the necessary replacements..Finally, I came across this bigbike repair shop in Mandaluyong, not too far away from the City Hall (or police detachment for that matter) and spoke to a "Roger". He said he can make replacements and it will take him no longer than half a day to do it.WOW! thats what i call fast service!

He took down the radiator, opened up the auxillary fan, and true enough, it was the bushings that was already worn out thats causing the blades to yank and make that noise. So, with a straight face, he offered to fix the problem for a reasonable price and a reasonable deadline... at 2PM that afternoon.

I work at odd hours...graveyard shift as it's called. so naturally I'm a nocturnal creature. 10AM I'm already in Dreamworld. Roger advised me to come pick up the bike around 2PM. I happily paid the full amount since he guaranteed my bike will be ready at that given time. I woke up late about 3PM, I went down my condo and as i stepped outside the door... VROOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!! woah!!! that was my bike!!!! being driven by somebody i have never seen in my life! WITH TWO BACKRIDES AT THAT!!!!!
My initial reaction was that "OMG...my bike is being bikenapped!" I rushed to the shop..nervous as hell, looking for Roger but he was out buying some parts. 10 minutes after i arrived at the shop, a guy shows up in my bike, only to find out that my bike was taken for a spin by the assistant mechanic named "Jojo". I never saw him in my life nor did I give permission to Roger or this *ucker named Jojo to testride my bike. It just needed fan bushings replacement for *hrist's sakes! I'm already pissed and cursing every PI word i can muster and told this guy that I saw him blazing away in my own street with two backrides..he said it was just his mother and sister.. The hell i care about your family, if you dropped my bike, I'm still going to pay your medical bills! You know what he just did? that was an attempted bikenap because I never gave anyone permission to testride my bike...and from the looks of it, it didn't look like a testride, it was more of a Joy ride to me, you genious....He goes reasoning that I was late. So? what does that have anything to do with you stealing my bike and showing it off with your friends?

I took an even closer look at the bike and realized that the gear pedal peg was ripped off from the main level...I'm not talking about it being removed from its nut... No sir, this one was literally broken off! how can a skinny 130 pounder mechanic break that metal piece off simply by stepping on it as he claims? I saw mud marks and scratch marks on the tank and on the sidemirrors.. a clear indication that he crashed my bike! He said He didn't crash my bike, it just fell on its side as his mom was climbing aboard. wow. nice. I wasn't born yesterday. and I'm da*n sure you didn't just testride it. I never crashed that thing while it was under my ownership..and yet you of all people.... who i didnt even give the authority to touch that thing, had to ruin it. Fuming steam from my ears, i headed straight to the cops for assistance...luckily for Jojo, the cops didnt feel like going out of their airconditioned room because it was sunny outside. So even more frustrated, i went back to the shop and demanded that they replace the broken piece with a new one.

You know what I like about the our country? It's the fact that you can reason anything out and get out of any sticky situation by saying that you are poor or "mahirap lamang kami". A cop stops you for a traffic violation, the magic word is "sorry boss, pasensya na, mahirap lang kami." and you go free.
In his case, him and his mom pleaded for me not to take him to jail myself because "mahirap lang sila." One's status in life IS NEVER an excuse for any wrongdoing. And he wasn't that poor..he owned an underbone to go fetch parts for *hrist's sakes! Roger came by after about an hour, scratching his head. His explanation: He didnt know his guy took the bike out. Well, Roger, If you didn't know, how the hell did my keys end up in Jojo's *ss? He just offered to repair the broken gear pedal the following day. HELL NO! your guy broke it today, it gets fixed today! A***ole!!!

I'm about this close to organizing a mob of my very pissed and very angry biker friends and myself, all with torches and pitchforks, and beat the living *hit out of you, Jojo. Good thing your own employer begged for your life's ransom and offered to fix the problem asap.

You are on my list, Jojo. You know who you are. My bike is probably not the first one you victimized, vandalized, and in the true sense of the word, RAPED, but I guarantee you that this will be your last. You destroyed the sanctity I had with my own bike. Its not just metal and rubber, its months and months of hard labor, hard earned money, hundreds of hours of cleaning and maintenance, and months of careful and defensive riding. Every bolt, every screw, every paint on that bike-I earned it with hard work and loved it for it. Riding it now doesn't feel the same way anymore eversince you stole and dropped it and showed it to your friends so you can look even uglier to your friends for stealing something that isn't yours.

Roger, you are even more accountable than your mechanic, Jojo. I entrusted the safeguarding of the bike to you. Don't think you are off the hook just yet.

Guys, Let this serve as a warning and a headsup. I'm sure I am not the only victim by this outrageous shop but I think I'm the only one who stepped forward with this experience. I hope you don't go through the hellish experience as i did.

If you wanna know which shop it is, PM me.

its good that you reported it here - our brothers at MCP will really appreciate your efforts and will do our best to avoid that shop...i'm assuming they have a business permit so - if the police will not take action on this, i'm hoping the office of the mayor there in mandaluyong will help you file a complaint and have this establishment closed for wrong business practices...if that is your course of action.?

I know that big bike shop and I know Roger. I had my Bandit fixed in that shop. But the Jojo guy I don't know. You should really press charges against this Jojo for destruction of property so he will get a permanent record. Otherwise he'll just move from one shop to another.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend Roger's shop because after several visits to his shop, he never did get my Bandit fixed.

I could imagine how you felt bro...You still kept your cool regardless.

Ok kaming nag usap and explained that i will be gone 6 months and after the service please drop the bike at my place.
I paid more than what he asked for encouraging the person to do a good job on the maintenance and pag ayos/palit sa electrical system.

Then i was shipped for training and on my liberty i called him. Sabi naihatid na yung bike and i believed him. Turned out na di pala totoo when i told mother to start the bike atleast every 4 days and make sure that elements wont get to it.

I had more things to do kaya i took the thought off my mind. Six months after umuwi ako.

Dami kong narinig sa mga "tambay" na he uses my bike for "pang chick" and ilang beses ng sumemplang because of drunkiness...

Instead of calling his shop i went to see him at his house and nasa labas yung bike ko...

Nag tao po ako then i saw someone run on the back of the house. I asked for that mechanic and sabi wala daw...

I LOST IT. Nag tresspass na ako. Barged on the door and went sa likod ng bahay to find the guy "nagyoyosi".

I was on him and i did not feel the walis ting ting whacking my back. I kept on..

May binatilyong naglabas ng itak and i automatically produced an HK 9mm.

That is then "nataohan" ako.

Asked for the keys of the bike and the whole family went to get it.

Then left with the MC.

I waited at home for brgy captain and tanods or police...wala.

After a week a tambay came at my place and "humanda" daw ako coz dumating yung kapatid nilang PMA'er.

Ill admit medyo nag panik ako and handed our gardener and carpenter carbines (-;

They came...but where apologetic at first.

Till they demanded an "areglo".

I literally felt my ears get warm...and had our exchange of words about our mothers.

Thats when they mentioned na magdedemanda daw sila. And i said "yan ang dapat nyong ginawa agad".

Then i told our gardener na ihanda ang mga pala.

Ordered the kasambahay to lock the gates....

Then mother came to their rescue (-:

Escorted them outside then nakatikim from mother after.

I felt terrible so the following day i asked the brgy captain to set a meeting.

It was settled and i volunteered na lang to pay the gamot they spent.

POINT KO IS. You kept your cool and it could have gotten worse than it was.

As i look back, i was reminded of what could have happened more dahil lang sa irresponsableng mekaniko.

@artbike-they will, if not now maybe in the future a hundred times over. But Karma works slowly..sometimes you need to speed things up. That way they don't do others any harm.

iwasan mga bro yan un asa pag ikot mo papuntang stop and shop halos adjacent lng sa city hall..

@zeus17-Its good to know that I'm not the only "lucky" one to have been subjected to this kind of disrespect. I take disrespect VERY VERY seriously.

@Gundam168-But alas, he succeeded in bringing shame to himself and to his business. How did he manage this? One, he clearly doesn't have the respect of his little helper/*ucker Jojo enough to just let his helper take his customer's BIKE, or what is known to man as PERSONAL PROPERTY. and two, for letting his little helper/*ucker get caught in the act..IN MY OWN TURF.

I could imagine how you felt bro...You still kept your cool regardless.

@Freelancer-I already lost it actually. I NEVER curse anyone in his face but this one incident just called for every *amn cursing word available in the dictionary. I take it you're in the military service, are you not? I, on the other hand, am a diplomat in terms of how I deal with certain situations. That's why I admire you guys in the service because of a very effective, straight-forward, no BS solution to a problem...imagine how easy it is to convince someone or to teach someone what's wrong or what's right when your gun barrel is pointed squarely in their foreheads. Im glad you're not me Freelancer, otherwise it could've gotten messy.

Watchmode ako... I know this shop, and I was supposed to buy a bike they were offering.

@Ichthus Janz -bro, do yourself a favor....STAY AWAY from this shop...there are a lot of legitimate and trustworthy bike dealers here, why go for one that you can't possibly be sure of, let alone trust them enough not to scr*w around with your bike while you're asleep.

I know this Roger, stay away from his shop. There was an incident that my friend's bike was there for tuning and it was use by somebody to buy some parts and it met an accident, the rider has no license, no registration papers so it was impounded by TMG. It took my friend 3 days to recover the bike with all the hassles and bribery. Kahit pahigpit lang turnilyo wag duon ! Ride safe mga Bro.

There you have it, people. I'm not the only one who got *ucked. There are still a lot of victims like me out there. Let's not add the statistics... SPREAD THE WORD. Tell your friend, and their friends who own bigbikes or any bike for that matter, who may not be reading this thread, to not even think about going to this repair shop. Remember, their BS business will stop when victims stop patronizing his so-called "quality" service.

Modus Operandi talaga yan ng mga mekaniko. The worst is if they give you the excuse that they had to use your bike to buy spare parts. Spare parts for whom? If they used the bike that you left them to repair, then it must be fixed already. They must be buying parts for someone else then. This has happened to me so many times. Since I am only a weekend biker, this mechanic actually accumulated more miles on my bike than me.

Modus Operandi talaga yan ng mga mekaniko. The worst is if they give you the excuse that they had to use your bike to buy spare parts.

@bojimbs-See... what i don't understand is why they need to use your bike or any of their customer's bike to go fetch parts? They have a beautiful xrm and a nice scoot complete with those compartment thingies and sound systems only their ears would love. Why use a 400cc-750cc sportsbike to buy suka and burn that thing up to 120kmph in the middle of traffic? Ok so maybe you wanna impress "inday"... so she goes gaga when she sees your stolen bigbike... so she backrides with you on your stolen bike... so you finally get laid for the first time... and now you're probably thinking "wow ang pogi ko" You really are pogi..JOJO...for a chimp.

@mandon-They dont have a name for their shop. Just remember the names "Roger" and "Jojo" whose shop is located near the Mandaluyong City Hall when you go around the Maysilo Circle.

@brando- same as my reply to mandon.

@blueDINK-You hit the jackpot bro. I only found out about the place by accident and out of necessity since my suki shop (Jayneys scooter and motorcycle shop) didn't have the spare parts needed to replace the bushings on my aux fan. A bushing replacement...on a fan no bigger than what they use on PCs...can you imagine that? and they needed to testride it (without my knowledge/authorization and while i was sleeping) with 2 backrides doing no less than 120 kmph in mild traffic?

Hey sorry about that, got a little warm under the collar.

@janner-none taken. Im still fuming now as i was fuming then.

Hey Caimera, I hope you're not talking about your cbr...

@foxyface-sadly my CBR400RR brother, I am talking about my pride and joy. see how THAT works...you guys wanna pay Roger and Jojo "a little visit" first before we head to Nasugbu? I would love to take them to Nasugbu with us (tied and dragged all the way to batangas) . *somewhere between a joke and a premeditation*

just found this thread.

yup that shop doesn't have a name. most likely, no license too.

some customers are MC traffic enforcers from MMDA and The City Hall (Mandaluyong)

i was a victim too, 2-3years ago.

had the carbs cleaned and synch'ed.

1. carb cleaning was just like washing a tyre.- they just removed the dust from the bowl, they didn't clean the jets.

they were not able to rape my horse 'coz i never left them alone.

@atomictom-why i oughta..... you know what CBR bro, the feeling after I got the bike back was really eery. You know that feeling that something has dramatically changed in your bike because it was "raped"? the bike is like a very important person in your life whos been given all the care and attention you can afford, now somebody comes along and defiles what you value the most. No amount of reasoning will excuse me for that day. But it is one of those times that you will be unreasonable na rin. (-:

@Freelancer-They have no business sign. They have no business permit. They have no SEC or DTI or BIR Registration. What they DO have is S**T for brains. WHAT ARE THEY? Make a wild guess.

@Col.TED-That is correct, bro.

@GalitSaMayabang-See what I mean? Being poor in this country is actually a valid excuse for anything. Im not saying that it's their fault that they were born without a silver spoon in their mouths...but that isn't a reason not uplift yourself with good ol fashion hard-work, determination, HONESTY, and above all else...RESPECT. Sadly, all of these four concepts Roger and that *ucker JOJO OLADIBI failed to grasp while growing up. It's about time somebody showed them a lesson or two about these concepts.

@ylectroman-you're lucky you heard it from me and the rest of their victims who came forward here in this thread with their horrific tales. Would you be willing to show your gratitude by giving Roger and that f*cker JOJO OLADIBI the finger when you happen to pass by their shop? I know I will.

Really bad experience bro. the worse that can happen to any biker who values his bike.I bet you would have been better off pushing your bike home than having those idiots "abuse" it. it really advisable to have a shop that you really trust.so that even if you break down somewhere who can contact them and have the bike pulled instead of trusting other people who might just make thesituation much worse.truly a nightmare!

Hi fellow riders.. i would like to ask you opinion on my issue that im encountering. i have a bigbike and have it fixed, restored and tune up in this 1 motor shop (NOT IN MANDALUYONG)and i will not name names / drop names... and unfortunately for almost 3 years my bike is still not in good shape.. in terms of payments on fixing my bike, there is no hassel nor delay and when the owner of the shop gave me a suggestion since it would be the best benefit for both parties to have my bike swap/upgrade and add cash to a bigger displacement snice he has a lot of contacts... ofcourse there the sweet talks (PROMISES) blah blah blah.. yada yada yada... and convinced me so i decided to go on with the deal.. we sign a acknowledgement letter that he received the amount of money..now the problem is that i already gave the downpayment and until now.. the replacement or the bike that the owner of the shop promised me is still not with me... i already talk to this person nicely and prof... and still it doesnt work..and right now it seems that this person is hidding from me.i tried calling him in his cell and hes not answering, sending him sms and still the same thing..i tried visiting him in his shop.. lots of promises... do i need to sue him?what will i do?i already treat him as my friend and now hes making thing very complicated..

if ever there is an atty. our here that could help me it would be a big help.. all i need right now is just to get my old bike and the downpayment that i gave plus damages...

for those atty that wants to assist or help me with this issue. kindly text me in this number or leave your cell number here.. 0916-4117385

you have to fight for your right. be it your friend or foe.

do not let yourself fall for the friendly mechanic, a lot of them do what they do only for your money.

yeah, it's nice when your friend is a mechanic but avoid having your mechanic as your friend.

first, try to file a complaint thru the barangay where his shop is.

if it fails then sue him.

i wish you could post the name for the benefit of those who might fall victims of his bad deeds.

Estafa yan pare. The next time you visit him, bring with you a barangay representative (barangay where the shop is located) and a police escort para may witness ka sa date of delivery na ipapangako nya (or whatever promise he's going to offer). But don't allow him to give a date, ikaw dapat magbigay ng deadline na by X date, he should produce the bike or refund your money. Pagbalik nyo on the agreed upon date at walang bike or refund, pa posasan mo na.

kickz, its just unfortunate na biktima ka din, same with myself, Ramonate, etc. etc.
i had distanced myself from the group and people that presumably benefits the most from Tetengs existence (but am still keeping my bandit:)).

I could have gone all the way in sorting out my issues with Teteng, but then its not really worth it (in my case).

Sa iyo kickz, kung hindi ka makakatulog ng mahimbing sa ginawa sa iyo ni Teteng at kung sino pa man na mga kasama nyan, YES sue him/them !!! and i'll try and help within my means.

to all MCP'ians and your friends and relatives and neighbours !!!! pls, plks do tell them to avoid this FREAKIN PEOPLE !!! TETENG and his cohorts !!!
