nakakita ako isang rider (na nasalubong ko kahapon) na naka fox raptor kneepads while ako naman, standard ang gamit ko. bukod sa porma (style), meron bang difference ang dalawa in terms of size (length & width) & performance etc.? tingin ko kase parang "bulky" o mas malaki ang raptor kaysa sa standard kneepads ng fox.

Fox Raptors are not that bulky, infact they are more comfortable because of the assymetrical and ergonomic shape design.

Raptors also offer full patella coverage and good ventilation in addition to removable washable comfort liners and quick release hook straps. Hindi mauubos and velcro mo kasi their just used to adjust the strap tension and not to secure it to your shins.

I've been to "A BIKE SHOP" (loc. edsa makati cor arnaiz ave ,sa may dusit hotel) nag window shop lang they do sell "Original " Raptors ,elbow,knee pads and Bady Armor...iba ang feel and look ng original (tried on the raptor 2) sarap...... question sa experts ganun ba talaga price nung partor 2 (the one with the red paddings) just for the raptor alone Php 4,650 nagulat ako I asked 10times sa owner bka nagkamali sila ..... Guess nyo nalang price nung Body Armor ???? shocking.... I've decided to buy a mesh n kevlar suite instead for that price .....they also have US leather jackets at Php 30,000 for the jacket alone old pa with free dust and spider webs...joke lang

mahal po talaga ang mga orig na gears lalo na't may pangalan like FOX... you can choose your own naman eh it depends upon your needs; racing, everyday commuting, touring etc... syempre # 1 to consider is budget :D

ang alam ko sir ang fox standard eh pang Mountain bike at ang fox raptor ay pang moto-cross.. I got my self an original fox standard knee/shin lang sya talaga walang kasamang elbow pads galing sa US pero made in China! sabi daw noong seller sa states pang moutain bike lang daw yon talaga.. at disposable din pag na exposed na sya sa impacts dapat palitaan na din yon nakasulat sa loob ng pads.!! 20$ lang sya plus tax sa US

on your earlier question on PERFORMANCe - dapat mong sumemplang to know that. I guess you wouldnt want that just to share how good it is...

on Raptors and other Fox Class A - get them at Quiapo, P700-P900 and P1,600-P1,900 only respectively. Don't pay more. It's Class A remember.
