Correction lang.... Oz racing is the distributor of KBC helmets for Cebu. The distributor of KBC helmets is Dans Bike shop -- they are based in Bacolod. They also have an office in Makati -- 2nd floor Petron Dasmarinas Village makati Edsa corner Pasay road.
