...Thanks sirs sa info, pricey din pala visor...:)...Magpapalit ako kasi natutuklap yung coating nya, 1 year pa lang naman yung helmet...I dunno if it's the humidity or temp conditions that affected the visor condition....

Alabang town center, bike/ atv shop, fronting toby's sports store, the side nearest the church also sells AGV, unless am mistaken.

alang visor sa ciclo mondo, sabi nila punta sa active moto market market mall in Taguig.

Pero kung alam mo yung visor, they (ciclo) can get for you within 2 to 3 days.

Where did you buy the helmet? Sa Active moto Robinsons Ermita may warranty ang visor ng AGV kapag binili mo sa kanila. Make sure lang na dala mo yung receipt kasi they won't honor if you don't have the receipt.

...I see, I'm not sure kung doon nga nabili ng brother ko yun..Pinabili ko lang kasi coz i'm just using it for my vacation ride, but hopefully i'll pay a visit on that store...I also own a HJC-CL14 pero okay naman ang visor...I dunno if that antifog coating just deteriorates in time...I'll change it to a smoked visor naman....Thanks sir...

I'm not sure if your AGV visor is similarly equipped but visors are generally treated on both sides. The outside is layered with a scratch resistant coating, while the inside is the one with the anti-fog coating.

Both layers require special care in its maintenance which include careful cleaning with appropriate cloths and avoiding use of harsh cleaning agents like alcohol, ammonia, or silicones commonly found in commercial lens cleaners.

The coatings deteriorate in time but careful usage will make it last a long time.

Parang suddenly I hear a church organ strike a chord?! hahaha!

Personally, I hardly use my visor! Even in the rain! Either it's too hot with it down, or it doubles the surfaces I have to peer through. (I wear prescription glasses, you see.)

I have given up trying to keep the visor on my favorite helmet clear and it has slowly lost its transparency over its 17 year existence with me. Being of a good brand though, the visor is still adequate for protection against the occasional but inevitable bugs or dust cloud. But as soon as that's past, up goes the visor again!
