may panukala na naman daw MMDA na pati private vehicles cars, etc. ay uukitan ng plate# sa pinto or sa salamin.

Actually this makes sense for cars as glass etching of vehicle plate numbers can serve to counter-check a stolen vehicle if the plates were removed or replaced.
