i got one already! and its a kick ass helmet. its foam is soft and it fits my head just perfect, and for a reasonable price. and their gloves is also good becuase its not that expensive and nothing like those cheap gloves. safe ridin...:*

My GF bought me a plain black Vcan v100 model (L) last Aug.19,2007 medyo mabigat and di ako masyado makahinga compare sa Zeus na modular (full face). Nabili namin sa Market-market discounted on sale bale P1935 na lang (wala free key chain) Sabi nung sales person luluwag din daw yung fit nya once na nalabhan na.. but I doubt kasi I borrowed an old vcan once and yung feeling ko nun same as this one. One thing there is no mention of any certified SNEL or DOT sa manual kahit sa helmet mismo. it says sa likod ng helmet ECE-R 22.05, the visor says "not warranted shatterproof" model ws-10 meet VESC-8. The helmet is sensitive it says sa manual it was designed to absorb the energy of a blow or a collision by destroying some of its components ---in case of a further blow it wouldn't protect you any longer--- meaning once maaksidente ka dont use it again kahit wala sya sira outside. The helmet can be damaged by just mere dropping it.

@ Dennis - IMHO, a good helmet is designed to crumple and dissipate forced of impact during an accident so it is a one time use only. Please don't use any helmet whose protection is already compromised. So you can't say that the Vcan is a sensitive helmet. Just be carefull not to drop it from a height. I plan to check this brand once the weather clears.

Agree that you can't say a helmet is sensitive....but what can you do....maybe we can send vcan a message to correct what they really want to say....:o

Ito siguro yung Active moto SIr. Tapat mismo ng Toby's ito. Hindi ko lang nakita siguro yung name ng store pero sa resibo kasi nila Active Moto. Salamat Sir.

Nakita ko na rin po yung Vcan helmet, Parang mag gusto ko pa po yung Carting na helmet when in comes to materials used in their helmet. Lalo na yung Carbon 95-2 nito. Carry rin kasi ng Active Moto yung Carting Helmet and naka sale yung GP-1 nila. Almost 5k lang.

Two things rush28,

first may underchin protector yung vcan, it helps whenever you travel really far. It prevents those little stones from hitting your chin.

second, mas mura siya compared sa carting :s

then again, these are just my observations thats why vcan ang napili ko.

:)sir sa tingin mo mas ok pa ang spyder helmet compare to vcan? I tried to fit vcan it feels ok to me pero naghahanap pa ako ng iba to compare...

hello i have a vcan v100 helmet ok naman sya maganda yung fit though masikip nang konti sa cheeks pero comfy pa rin baka normal lang. first helmet ko to actually kasi newbie pa lang ako sa riding. nagpabola lang ako sa salesperson sa ATC ciclo. :). unfortunately i already dropped it from the seat of UB motorcycle na di lowered. paano ba malalaman kung good pa yung helmet after a fall?

Normally, if you dropped your helmet from the seat of the bike while the bike is not moving...the condition of your lid should still be good.

Its only when you get into a head-on accident while wearing your helmet or if your helmet gets thrown hard to the ground that it is strongly suggested that you replace the helmet na.

Though your helmet might not show any impact stress physically, the foam inside of the lid will certainly be stressed from the impact.

Depende sa price at quality ng helmet at kung saan mo biniling store. Alam naman natin kapag fake ang isang bagay mura mo mabibili malayo sa price ng original. Bihira ang same price ng fake at orig, I suggest maging mitikoloso ka nalang sa item na binibili mo. I got my vcan helmet V100 ok naman sya good fitting sabi ng iba medyo masikip sa pisngi iyon nga ang magandang fitting and I know it's orig........:banana:
