most armor pieces are attached to motorcycle jackets using a velcro system. it makes it easier to remove when cleaning the jacket. there are companies that sell these ce-approved armor "kits" - such as dainese & joe rocket. here are some examples:

i wouldn't recommend attaching any armor that isn't ce-approved.

answers to question
1)(pwede pero magkakaroon ng tahi ang jacket from the inside to create pad slits) pwede thin over if yung hare plastic pad ang ipatong. tahi pwede or style nung ibang factory made rivit of some sort
2)your choice kung ikaw papakabit, meron local, imported impact bubble type or hard plastic
3)tahi ang the best
4) mas maganda removable because you have the option to upgrade and replace pag bugbug na ang pads
