You can try calling or visiting 2211 works along leon guinto in manila. (5219501 look for robby or nong).

The good conditioned 2nd hand vespas can go for around 50k to as high as 90k. They have a couple of units there for sale now.
They also have the new px200 which costs 140,000. Very nice scoot though. The vespa is a good choice.
