keni_na_ka May 17th, 2007, 09:46 AM ser, magandang brand na gloves spidi 3composite tested, joerocket, rs taichi.
sa jackets pwede na ung joe rocket phoenix 3.0 or ballistic... ride safely>>>
Ichthus Janz May 17th, 2007, 11:01 AM Kung P300 lang ang difference sa Joe Rocket na ako. Safe ka na, japorms ka pa. Maganda yan for long rides and EBs.
B3RN13 May 17th, 2007, 04:56 PM sir, i-fit mo muna before deciding, meron kasing mga gloves na nakaka-asiwa pag suot mo na, parang hindi mo maramdaman yung grip mo or alanganin sa haba ng daliri... also, go for the glove that gives you good protection, padded yung palm area at protected din yung knuckles... kaya don't rely on the brand, feel the fit and also look at the material being used... IMHO lang po... :D

Clownfish July 5th, 2007, 03:35 PM Daming choices that's true but I think one's safety is paramount kaya kahit mahal okay lang (walang spare parts and ating katawan). Gloves in my opinion should be leather or at the very least cordura kasi pag-bagsak sa mala papel de lihang aspalto o bagong gawang semento ng kamay mo...well you get the picture. Yung RS Taichi 355 with the carbon fiber knuckles, palm guard at wrist guard ok yun. Medyo masakit lang sa bulsa pero magkano ba sa tingin mo ang presyo ng iyong mga kamay? For helmets buy those with DOT specs or ECE certification...better yet get one with the SNELL certification. Yung DOT and ECE certification kasi are easily faked or some cheaper fly by night helmet manufacturers simply claim their helmets undergo the tests mandated by these safety organizations. To be sure, check out the DOT or ECE websites for a list of accredited helmet manufacturers. Pero para sa akin SNELL certified is the best. Yung SNELL kasi put a holographic SNELL sticker inside the inner shell of the helmet at mahirap i-fake yun. Besides the hologram, meron din control number which you can check sa SNELL website kung anong klaseng helmet yung kinabitan noon. This way alam mong genuine yung helmet na binibili mo. Pero kahit yung mga Index, Spyder at Zeus helmets are okay, tinest ito sa isang UK magazine at pareho lang daw ang protection nito sa mga AGV, SHOEI and ARAI helmets. Yun nga lang, the materials used in the lining, rubber molding and visor in the expensive brands tend to be more comfortable and the finish sa paint, graphics and fastenings milya ang layo.
Sana nakatulong ito.
act2000 July 5th, 2007, 10:44 PM Helmstar !!! Very good din.

papajuliet143 July 6th, 2007, 05:48 PM Pag may nakita kang Alpinestars na brand, maganda quality non...pero ok din sa presyo...but I'd rather have gloves that can protect my hands para may pangkamot ka pa sa ulo dahil sa presyo neto...hehehe...bottomline is if you want to be safe or not...tsaka you get what you pay for ika nga nila....

I actually have the Alpinestars Maze street gloves. Quality is good talaga kaso kulang sa ventilation kaya i'm looking at different gloves na mas "airy" para mas comfortable sa ride lalo na at mainit.
