That's all fine and dandy, but if you're stupid enough not to wear a helmet and you crash and break your skull, doctors should have a choice wether or not to treat your stupid ass or not. :rolleyes:

Hey man, thats my State. :)

i saw some people talking about this... i think you'd be crazy to not wear a helmet. i wouldn't feel safe... maybe because i started riding with one and have been used to it.

It's just nice to know that there is now an option.

I agree with this statement...Colorado does not require helmets, but i would feel weird riding without one.

It still needs to pass the Senate, I doubt that it will, Virginia is too conservative of a State. It will not pass. Either way for me is fine.

This is another classic example of American interpretation of "freedom" gone wrong. No one but a moron would ride without a helmet.
