just recently got my 07 Wave 125 and pagkakuha ko biyahe sa Batangas after 50kms pa lang! Ang sarap ng feeling!!! ngayon mag 300kms na dadalhin ko tomorrow sa dealer to check at pachange oil ko na din sana.

Pero apart from my experience I have few observations that I want to ask and maybe improve para mas gumanda pa bike ko. Gusto ko sana imodify or upgrde ng some parts and I need your suggestions and help kung saan ako makakakuha o kung ok ba na gawin ko yun. In terms of speed parang 100kms lang kinaya ng motor sa straight + 85kgs ako eh gusto ko medyo bumilis pa kahit na 120-130kph at stock engine, puwede kaya?

2. Sprocket (applicable ba palitan ko kahit break in period pa lang?)

5. Tama ba palitan ko pa rin ng headlight bulb? gusto ko sana pero ayoko ng HID kasi mahal baka may suggestions kayo diyan? kung saan at magkano?

marami, yoshimura is ok para same orientation parin ng shifting..little over 2t lang yun.

depends sa taste mo, pero karamihan samin stock height or mas mataas sa stock, NTC is ok

di pa naman kailangan bago pa naman at di ka naman mangangarera, di naman sir nakakatulin ang clutch spring, di lang nakakabagal :)

stock is fine, you can also try a 14 - 40 combi for uphills

daichi - raider alike - heavy and narrow width does not maximize tire contact area. daytona is good and a typical alloy 1.85 at rear would be also as great

you can have a custom-made fender without the mud guard. it will not look as great as with modified lights

HID too expensive. Philips is good

i suggest custom steel with reverse gearing and a brake pedal extension to eliminate an awkwardly angled push rod. easy to repair compared to alum alloys

if you're circuiting, do not lower it too much. a set of hard shocks is fine. for long rides and tours, i prefer xrm or shogun pro stock shocks

not really. stock is fine. you can replace it maybe after a year

mas mganda bro punta ka sa tambayan dun ntn pagusapan

suggestion sir to maintain your wave stock till you reach 1.5k at least, do a hard break in wherein after your first 300k you slowly increase your speed to 80kph for at least 5 mins if the road permits and slowly bring it down to 60kph then maintain mo lang yon after mga 2mins slowly increase again. After your maintenance check, honda will adjust your air fuel mixture and check your valve clearance and do the mandatory change oil, also they will adjust your throttle cable to fully open, when i had mine checked for the first time the throttle only opens up to 80% sabi nung mechanico sadya daw ng dealer yon to avoid newbies in streching out the engine fully during break in period. repeat mo lang hard break in mode slowly increasing to 100kph, after mga 700km you'll feel the engine loosen up and you can atain speeds of around 110kph
also change to a semi synthetic oil after the first maintenance, you'll feel a big difference in response. after 1.5K change to full synthetic oil and modify to your hearts desire

a good break in period will make your wave run at least 120kph easily without modifications, please note lang that our bikes are not designed to run at this speeds kasi iba na handling pag more than 100kph (aerodynamics takes effect at around 60kph) medyo iba na ang stability
