Aside from HJC Symax & Zeus Modular Helmets... I just got me a Modular VR-2 Series of KBC. I wanted to do a comparison of those who own the other 2 Brands & get your feedbacks regarding the features, comfort, Likes & Dislikes of your modular Helmets.

That way I can decide if im going to own this KBC or not.... :cheers:

bro, i have a KBC VR 2 helmet (same as the pic in my avatar) its a full face racing helmet....i guess the modular helmet of KBC is the FFR....see attached pic

anyway, i've had used the Zeus 508W...looks good, but it's kinda noisy when you reach 80 kph++

My bad. Youre right, its the FFR Series.... BTW, who sell the parts for them here? Like replacement Lens for them. :clap:

Feedback on Zeus 508w, kinda heavy on long rides it hurts your neck, not sufficient cheek pads so during high speed the inner front part of the helmet touches your mouth. it may not withstand frontal face crash, face and mouth shield might come off. i have never heard that zeus made a frontal face impact on this one, unlike HJC symax they crashed proof it. Good fro city driving only, all this is based on my experienced with the helmet.

But seriously, it is light considering the addtional parts for the hinges.

sir, there is a full review about the kbc ffr on www.webBikeWorld.com. it has reviews on most of the popular helmets around. one feedback they have is that it is the heaviest helmet they have tried so far.

for me i consider caberg justisismo helmet. snug fit double lens, clear and smoke. i cant hear wind noise even if im running at 100 km/h. i actually tested as a crashed helmet. based on my accident.

i guess it's OZ racing who is the distributor of KBC helmets...but the last time i bought my VR2...they don't have any stock of replacement as of that time....

Know the digits there so i can inquire?
