Ang gaganda ng design ng mga Index helmets. Oks ba ang mga ito? Mas-mura kasi. DOT/SNELL approved kaya ito? Kasing quality kaya ng HJC?

ako rin, i went for the design and look nung binili ko index ko... but i'm thinking of getting an hjc full faced or maybe an arai by october... darating si kumander e... ( ;) at lovey) :D

Parang meron na akong nabasa na dot/snell na index helmet. I'm not sure pa.

I don't know kung applicable ang statement dito sa site na to ang lahat ng index helmets users na nakikita ko sa daan. Meron pa akong Valentino Rosi replica design. Ganda!

yung mga late 2000-2001 na models may sticker na DOT, ngayon wala na. ang gaganda talaga ng designs ng INDEX ngayon, yung mga kapit bahay ko nga kala ko naka ARAI at SHOEI na helmets, yun pala INDEX. parang magagaan na yung mga models nila ngayon, dati kasi ang bigat ng INDEX, sakit sa batok pag long rides. kaya lang manipis na yung lining nya at yung pinaka shell.

more or less the same range. The index helmets has a Fuller range than the Fulmer helmets in the Philippines

Inspected the new Zeus flip up helmets and I must say the price versus quality is good. Reviews abroad are equally impressive and best of all they're quite inexpensive at P3,700.- discounted. If you wanna do a group buy with MIB let us know.

rls' suggestion on the Zues brand flip-up helmet is a good deal. i plan to check it out. DOT approved and lightweight.

all i can say with index is sobrang tibay and in ang designs!!! almost 3 years na yung index ko...with bangs and falls etc... BUHAY PA DIN!!!...:D

1. i have an index helmet, kaya lang nagas-gas ang visor. does anyone know where i can get a replacement visor? its easy enough to remove. so now tinangal ko na muna yung visor, kaso awkward tignan, at lagi akong na pupwing. sayan naman helmet still shiny & new, 3 months palang.

2. does anyone know an effective way to clean the iner lining of full faced helmets? is there something we can buy? or does one just sends it to a dry cleaners?

Try to drop by REMCOR at 10th avenue beside Sinski Showroom and Service Center or at Deka 6th Avenue

From my understanding, Index helmets designs are mostly immitations. The most apparent one is the Valentino Rossi immitation helmet design.

Index helmets are also bulky, heavy, and the interiors are non-removable.

It's prices are very affordable though, and are suitable for those who are short on budget.

You mean until now there're no lighter helmet and removable pads available in the market?

Yes that's why I'm considering Index helmets bec. of the cheaper price.

I want a helmet with comfortable, snug fit, lighter weight, removable pads, and dot/snell approved, but cheaper price.:D

Actually I am trying to sell off my Index Helmet to you or anyone interested. I have used it for only 5 times I think, and then I got bored with it since it didn't meet my expectations.

I bought it for P1,600 and now I'm only selling it for half the price! - P800!! It has only been used for only five times. Still pretty new and good. It's an original Index helmet.

I also did some mods to it--like adding decals to the visor for protection from the sun and that sort of thing. Tell me if you're intersted. It's worth it since it's new and is only half the price compared to those in stores!

I don't have pictures of it. But it is colourful and majestic--like Japanese tattoos. The size is Large. I'm selling it for only P800 (originally bought it for P1,600), and I'm from Manila. :)

The hemet is technicolor--it's made up of many colours. If you've ever seen Japanese tattoos--like those colourful flowery designs, then you'll have a bit of an idea as to how the helmet looks.
