i agree i also own a cruiser the reason why i choose cruiser kasi di ko naman plano makipag karerahan eh just want to enjoy the view of our place while on ride sa mga places and i enjoy cruizing than racing, kaya ako i used cruizer helmet to feel the air of cruizing hehehehe puro cruize ang nabangit ko dito ah, IMO lang po, hehehe!

I second the motion, sir Spike. Bibili pa lang ako ng half-face helmet. Full face ngayon kasi 2 times na na-accident. Pero kung me parade, I intend to use the half-face.

Whether it'll look good on a cruiser or not, I would definitely wear a full-faced helmet no matter what brand it is as long as it's DOT approved for a greater protection.

I agree with sbma, i own a cruiser but i wear full faced helmet.DOT/ Snell Full Faced helmets gives best protection in case an incedent happens.Imagine yourself hitting the ground face down on a half face or beanie helmet( Not a pretty sight!!)Pls be very concerned about protection rather than looks.

Cruiser bikes are fast too, whenever possible, wear a fullface helmet.

Face is exposed, unless the rider is alert enough to tuck in his face using his hands and arms.:)

siguro po kasi mas upright or relaxed yung sitting position mo pag cruiser bike mo. mahirap tumingin sa baba kasi yuyuko ka pa pag nka fullface ka. designed kasi mga fullface na helmet for sportbikes, na nakayuko palagi yung rider.

half face helmets allow easier breathing.. you getting less protection is true but i think it all boils down to preference/priority.. just be sure to take extra caution while riding as you have more skin exposed.

full face helmets are really good for racing and if you usually ride in high speeds, but then some people have hypertension with the heat that a full face generates.. also breathing is restricted so.... preference, priority, choice and individuality is still the deciding factor.. not necessarily if your bike is a cruiser or what not.

all IMHO..
