hello, few questions po...thanks.

1)
I have a Pro restriction 1 Philippine License (to operate any motorbike),

given this, Can I directly take MOST to get a full rider license? (by pass mandatory training for learner rider and other p1,p2 tests)

From the reasearch im doing hehe (rta website), it should be a "yes", but would just like to confirm if anyone has done this already. Thanks.

2)
Can I take the MOST on a later date? (so long as my philippines license is valid), worst case, maybe a month before it expires?

thanks very much!!

You should probably call the RTA. My guess would be you can just take the MOST then get your full license IF you have at least 3 years of riding experience.

When I came here in Aus a long time ago (1990) I used my phil. license for 3 months then converted it to Victorian license. Since I have passed my written
exam for the car license, I only have have to pass my riding test which i did, to get a full license for both car and motorbike. I think here in vic. you could still use phil license for three months from your arrival but you will have to convert it after 3 months. I do not know now how to get it done.
