@chengweng...you should have posted this sa motorstar forum para nakita kaagad....anyway, make sure na di pinapasok ng tubig ulan yung engine kill switch ng MC mo....pag nabasa yan...grounded...kaya mahirap mag start....

Bka di watertight ang cable connection sa starter motor mo. Ganyan din ang nangyayari sa explorer ko pag pinahuhugasan ko ang engine. Ok na ngayon

out there pls correct if I'm wrong) likewise their brandnames. The
stock to build these bikes are from Zongshen motors. That's the reason why
I posted my query here hoping rego and z200 riders would help me
decide which bike to buy. I did browse though the motorstar sub-forum.

FYI the owner od HAUSMOTORS(rego) and MOTORSTAR(z200) are related, ang magkaiba sa kanila ay yung workforce na nagaasemble ng bike at nagpipintura. maganda talaga pintura ng rego. i've seen each color variant.

but both Z200 & rego are products of Zongshen, i believe? only the local franchise carriers are different. or probably both may have the same bodykits suppliers.

this is the same with Kenbo, JLM, Motorking MK & Yinxiang YX 150cc & 200cc sport-touring bikes.... same body make. different stickers & colors. same internal engines, different engine covers. all made by YinXIang...

but mga bros,ano ang mas maganda sa dalawa pagdating sa performance at maintenance? MOTORSTAR Z200 OR GS200 REGO?Coz im planning to buy.saan ba may shop ng REGO?Ang motorstar z200 ay madami ng makikitang supplier dito.pero ang rego ay bihira pa yata diba?

sir tykes2006 try to inquire at the motorstar forum, u can read a lot of performance and maintenance issues about both bikes, i think they're basically the same bike, sa pintura lang nagkaiba and a just different assembler here in Phil. or ask sir benchoz he was a previous z2 owner now a rego owner

Bro, opinion ko lang 2 ha. I'm a Rego owner too. Ang rego "daw" is a later version ng Z2, equivalent to version 4 ng Z2 sabi ng mechanic sa Grandcycle. Yes maganda ang color scheme ng Rego at my mga modifications ng ginawa (e.g. steering and improved electronics). Four months pa lang motor ko, so far no problem. Hindi lang accurate ang speedometer kac ung speed kong 95kph parang nakapark na lang mga motors and cars pag inoverteykan ko sa Daang Hari. :) But as I have said, Motorstar has version 4 Z2's na rin. But if your planning to buy one, I would suggest go for the Z250. Daming improvements. Bakit naman hindi, sobrang sikat at mabenta ang Z2, my grupo pa, siyempre kung manufacturer ka, you will definitely improve your product. IMO
