Apparently, there are no violations listed on the LTO website in relation to not having a turn signal. The closest I can find is violation #68V - Failure to give proper turn/stop signals.

If you can, have them installed nevertheless. It is rather difficult to make hand signals when riding a bike. Doing so would probably put you in more danger than just flicking the turn switch, especially if you have manual transmission and clutch.

kailangan po naten yung mga signal lights na yun, hindi naman iinstall sa mc naten yun kung hindi naten kailangan, lalo na kapag madilim yung lugar. at nga pala kailangan yun kapag magpaparehistro ka ng motor mo dapat working yung signal lights mo nakaindicate kasi yung sa inspection form except nalang kung idadaan mo sa fixer yung registration ng motor mo.
