ang alam ko po ay sa car helet...mas makitid yung distansya mula taas hanggang baba ng lens opening...

me nakita akong simpson bandit for cage...ang napansin ko...compared mo sa bandit helmet for mc...mas narrower yung lens opening nung pinagtabi ko sa simpson bandit na pang mc..

up until now naghahanap pa rin ako ng F1 race helmet[ala sa ebay...palibahasa.. collectors item kasi]:C

whats the difference in safety of using a car and mc helmet in a crash or accident? is it suitable to use car helmets for riding a mc? hehehe curious lang.

imo, maybe. car race helmets for f1 are supposed to be very durable since their heads are exposed while on the kart. nasty if we can use one with our mc's. anyone care to sell? hehe. but if the lens is narrower, it might affect the usual mc visibility, will it?

siguro sir ang factor of consideration jan ay yung line/angle of sight ng driver... mas narrower ang lens ng car helmet dahil po sa mas malayo ang unahan ng racing cars kumpara sa unahan ng motot... mas broader ang sa mc dahil ang unahan po ng mc ay malapit lang sa driver in which the driver must be able to see... get my point po kaya...

Hello, ang pagka alam ko ang design/purpose nang mc helmet is to distribute the impact pressure sa buong helmet instead of having the impact pressure straight to your head. If you had an accident and broke your helmet on impact, that means the helmet did it's job. as far as difference with car helmet slight, for the purpose of two different ride necessity and comfort. Car helmet don't have that much opening thus restricting the peripheral vision and I heard they are heavier. Bago lang po rin ako bka me alam ka or friend mo nagpost ako sa parts and accesorries about arai and leather racing suits. hope this answer some of you question.

as far as I know, fire retardant din ang mga automotive/car helmets...
