SMALL: 56-57CM or 7-7 1/8 hat size or 22-22 7/16 inches

MEDIUM: 58-59CM or 7 1/4-7 3/8 hat size or 22 13/16-23 1/4 inches

LARGE: 60-61CM or 7 1/2-7 5/8 hat size or 23 5/8-24 inches

X-LARGE: 62-63CM or 7 3/4-7 7/8 hat size or 24 3/8-24 13/16 inchesXX-LARGE: 64-65CM or 8-8 1/8 hat size or 25 3/16-25 5/8 inches

XXX-LARGE: 66-67CM or 8 1/4-8 3/8 hat size or 26-26 3/8 inches

based on experience....iba-iba ang sizing ng mga brand ng helmets. yung L ng HJC at Zeus ay magkaiba ng sukat if you fit them.

Tama ka. Ang HJC ko na medium size ay proper fit sa akin. Pero noong bumili ako ng Zeus na medium din pero hindi siya proper fit, medyo maluwang, kaya binenta ko nalang ito sa iba kahit slightly used lang siya. Parehas naman silang 57 to 58 cm ang size...

yup, not all manufacturers have the same standard. mainly due to the difference in interior liner material they use and the purpose of the helmet...
