Does anyone know anything about the Cainta Motorcycle Club? We recently had some members show up at a local charity asking if they could make a donation, and would like to know if they are honest.

We'll there's no way telling if the club is legitimate not unless they are registered with SEC but not all existing clubs has a SEC registration. If they are giving a donation voluntarily why do you have to ask if they are honest.... I think you should thank them rather than being skeptical or suspicious with their motives. I don't see any lost on your part. Posting this might just withdraw their support or interest in making a donation nid4spid_04 July 20th, 2006, 05:50 PM i agree with reekee.. what have you got to lose anyway? if it's something they do for the sake of doing something good and does not ask anything in return, i guess that's fine. i'm from cainta and AFAIK they are...well with regards to organizing themselves and conducting civic-related activities i just don't know if they're registered with SEC. from what i heard, they have their regular dues and membership fees and has a wide range of membership (as to numbers and age). their hangout is near our place so i see them there everyday. they have a usual night tambay at the town plaza where they line up their bikes and hold their activities. waynemail July 21st, 2006, 12:51 PM Thanks to both of you. That's a nice reply. Actually the guys were very nice and I had no problem with them, but some others here can be nervous so I wanted to reassure them that everything is okay.
