ala-eh June 23rd, 2006, 12:42 PM hmm, well quality of the beans is one (i.e: roasting methods, growing locations, etc)....Brewing is another, and one got me really curious are those bottles, flasks and alcohol lamps gadgetry used by some Binondo (Lido for one) restaurants in brewing their coffee. Their coffee's distinctive taste have never been equaled by my coffe maker. I'd been scouting for those gadgetry but to no avail. Somebody knows where? hehe, coffe is addictive and theirs is even more! hehe, have a taste and see...

Sir meron ako nyan! Got it as a gift, Marks and Spencer po yung box eh. Don't know how much it is. Pero the box includes 1 pack of coffee, chocolates, 2 cups with saucers, and the coffee maker itself. You just place the coffee and water and put it in the stove. I don't know what happens inside, kasi you place the coffee and the water at the bottom and it ends up on top :? . Sarap nung coffee!
