bro. you could answer first these questions to yourself before you pass them on to others:
1. is wearing of helmet required ONLY on Primary & Secondary roads?
2. is wearing of helmet required ONLY on a particular climate?
3. would you chose more of your convenience OVER your safety?
4. do accident/s happen ONLY on Primary & Secondary roads?

only then, could you "throw" these (additional) question on an apprehending officer:
1. is wearing of helmet required ONLY on ORDINARY citizens?

as the saying goes: "ang magnanakaw ay galit sa kapwa magnanakaw."... kaya wala tayo asenso coz we imitate the wrongdoing and still give it justification when questioned...this might sound like i'm "nagmamalinis" but as much as possible I try to correct anything and everything, within my capacity, given the chance.

@mousy....i don't know what kind of helmet you use...but "COMFORT" is the advantage you'll get from high-end helmets over the most common helmet in the market...and since they are comfortable...di mo na kailangan mamili kung saan & kelan mo gagamitin, therefore you won't compromise your safety....try to get a helmet with good ventilation...they may be a bit expensive, but you cant put a price tag on safety...Still even the cheapest helmet is better than riding with no helmet at all....

dapat palagi ka nakahelmet bro its for your own safety.

mousy, kung batas lang paguusapan, kung walang helmet yung apprehending officer, it does not take away the fact na ikaw mismo hindi naka helmet. kaya puwede ka pa rin niya hulihin.

sir mousy, mas mabuti na sguro mainitan kesa pag sisihan habang buhay kung bakit di nag helmet sa sandaling oras lang.imagine sir,im using my helmet always..as in.khit iskinita lng.hindi dahil ayaw ko pong mahuli,kung di para sa safety...
d ko lng kc maisip,bakit yung iba satin,kailangan pa hulihin,makipag away sa pulis o makipag habulan sa pulis or mag lagay sa pulis dahil lang sa helmet.eh kung titignan mo naman sa isang banda,hindi naman para sakanila yung batas na yun eh.para sa kaligtasan din natin yun.IMO lng po...
about naman sa pag palag sa humuli sau,sir wala po tayu katwiran sakanila.laging sila po ang nasa tama.pag sumagot ka sakanila,pwede ka nila kasuhan... :rolleyes: kalimutan ko lang tawag dun eh. :rolleyes:
