Any good 2 stroke oil will do.
You have a lot of choices in the market.
Castrol, Shell, Caltex, Repsol, Motul, Mobil....there's a lot to choose from.
Mineral, Semi-Synth, Full Synth...ang dami..

Gear oil, you can use Mobil HD 90 which i believe 2211 uses, i've used a whole lot of kinds of oil as gear oil. From the Caltex or is it Petron x100 diesel engine oil to the motul 510 2t oil, but only during extreme cases. Better stick with the proper gear oil.

Per manual, px200's use the higher viscosity SAE80 gear oil. I think the px150's can use the lower viscosity SAE30-40 motor oil. Even mechanics aren't sure why. They think it could be the extra torque that the 200's produce puts extra strain on the gearbox. As for 2t oil, Vespas are known not to be finicky.
