mas mura mag mesh jacket kaysa maraming sugat sa katawan...i suggest wear dirt bike jersey tapos may elbow protector ka...mas mura yun...yung scoyco less than 1K elbow and knee set na yun...

For my daily travel, I use an elbow/arm protector then yung sports jacket na butas-butas (got one from Dickies for 1.2k, may mura sa RRJ, 800.00).. malamig na siya pag tumatakbo at the same time protected naman skin ko sa init ng araw.

i usually just wear a tshirt with maong pants... pero meron akong suot na elbow saka knee/shin guard. medyo nangitim nga lang braso ko, pero ok lang, tisoy naman ako e... hehe

para sakin ser wear a dri fit shirt and un cheap na arm warmer or buy a long sleeves na coolmax ang textile i buy one at oakley sa greenbelt 3 and syempre dont forget un safety gear natino mas maganda sando and short with matching complete safety gears,hehehehehe joke lang po!!!!!!
