Its a matter of discipline I guess. I take time off to wear a Mesh Jacket with complete padding as well as a Full face (depending on the mood) or Half face helmet. Residents from my are are calling me MASK RIDER BLACK behind me, but, HEY, its MY neck on the line. Its my Life Im saving. Besides, I do believe (aside form dirving responsibly) that one gets MORE respect by motorists if you wear complete safety gear. Yes I drive an Underbone, and am enjoying it tremendously. It saves me more gas than its bigger brother I use for weekends. Anyone could get into an accident, doesnt matter if your riding a Bicycle or a bigbike, its how prepared you are that spells the difference.

Carpe Diem!

as i have said in previous threads, the problem with scooter and underbone riders is that they would spent so much to upgrade their bikes (engine mods and aesthetic changes) but they would not spend for their riding gear. ilang beses ka makakakita ng pormadong underbone tapos naka shorts, sando, tsinelas at basaeball cap lang and driver? madalas diba?

yzzid is right, dapat wala kang pakialam kung tuksuhin ka man ng ibang tao dahil sa mga gear na suot mo. you dress up for the accident and not for the ride ika nga.

ako, i always wear a full-face helmet na dot/ece approved kahit saan magpunta. sama mo na armored gloves, armored pants and jackets, spine protector and kidney belt, ankle protector. pag long trips, idagdag mo na chest plate at neck brace. iba na ang sigurado kasi isa lang ang katawan at buhay natin. wala din akong pakialam kung asarin man ako ng ibang mga nakakakita sa akin. inggit lang sila dahit hindi nila kaya bilhin yung gears ko. hehe
