This is an offshoot of that "best bola lines" thread. This will tackle the subject of trying to get to meet someone. Kung pano kayo magpakilala. Girl man or guy. (hey, nowadays some girls make the first move) :s

Go!!!

P.S.

Post your experiences too. :C

Some1 used this on me - 'Would you like me to take your picture? You can email it to your friends..." then I asked "How much would that cost me?" he said "It's for free..." That really got my attention...

Weeks passed and I felt I wanted to actually get to know this guy... It wasn't easy at first cuz I didn't know if we have anything in common... So I researched all about him( thru his friends, people working for him plus all the write-ups I can find)

After that it was time for me to show my interest... i actually did this -

I got the celphone number of the guy then i texted him "Hi I'm__________ remember me ako yung girl na ___________ nakita mo nung__________... Galing akong(province) ano bang gusto mong pasalubong you and your friends?... I'll be home soon... see yah"

after 20 minutes of thinking it out he replied... we've been textmates since and he became my BF in less than a month... I was in heaven:L ....  It turned out that he's been checking me out for quite sometime... He was greeting me good morning everytime I passed by him but he said I just smiled but never looked up...":O

A smile is the best way to start a conversation. Then if you're in a good place, probably you can ask him/her "been here often?" or maybe "have you been here before?" the respond could be the start of a chat. Like talk about the place's spot, it's good ambiance, what it's serves etc.. after that, you can jump to the people around or maybe an introduction of you both. It can goes on and on depending on the creativity of your mind.

This works oftentimes. :)

----------------------------------

(This happened to me many times before...but I gave them a cold shoulder and left. :D Tama bang magsuplada? :O )

The world needs more females like you! Damn... Anyway, what I do is this:

"Hi, I'm not gonna beat around the bush. I really find you pretty and interesting. Would I be asking for too much if I were to get your name and number?"

With a slight smile on my face. :)
