The following was the Anti-Apprehension Kit for Riders Using the Tollways during the two years that the writ of preliminary injunction was in force

D.O. #123 does not supersede the Writ of Preliminary Injunction until the courts say so. Therefore, ALL BIKES of ANY SIZE are still legally allowed on the tollways and anyone who prevents you is in contempt of court. This is supported by the LTO resolution

ibig bang sabihin nito pwede lahat ng motor na pumasok sa NLEX at SLEX kahit below 400cc ka basta minumum speed mo ay 60kph at maximum 100kph.

Scooter ko nga kaya hanggang 110kph at kayang babaran ng 80kph...

Sa mga nakakaalam naman, ano masasabi niyo?

meron kasi dati judge na nag issue ng prelimenary injunction. na pwede ang motorcycle sa expressway..nag issue naman ng department order ang operator ng tollways na 400cc and above lang ang pwede. so in effect they do not recognize the court order. so pag nahuli ka ipapakita mo yang anti-apprehension kit sa pulis para malaman nya na may court order. madami nang pulis na nakasuhan.that was two years ago.. kaso nalipat ang case sa ibang judge at na lift yung injunction. so ngayon 400cc and above lang ang pwede sa expressway

Technically, with the lifting of the injunction in 2003, it once again became illegal to operate ANY motorcycle on the tollways. However, the tollways operators still operate as if DPWH D.O. 123 (2001) is still valid.
