iam a CL-14 user....performance & quality.....just the same..parehas reliable....but if u wud ask me, i'll go for the zeus 508w.......y?....it's modular,hehehe

i've seen both of them... ok naman yun zeus modular 508w and ok din naman ang modular pero hanep yun cl-14 kast ng hjc! ok ang design!

Can't compare the two helmets ... since they are of different types, i.e., flip-up and full face. The best way to know is try both of them and see which fits better.

Advantage of a flip-up type or 508W is that you don't need to remove your helmet and do a lot of things with your face. However, it is a little bit heavier than the other and others had mentioned of higher wind noise.

I got a Syncrotec (flip-up) and so far so good. Traveled from Manila to Clark and back with no head pains.

I'm using a Zeus 508W, the modular design is a lot of help because I use eyeglasses everytime I ride my MC... That's for me.. just another happy Zeus user!

HJC CL-14 KAST user po ako and so far hapi ko sa helmet ko, un nga lang medyo mal_____ ung mga cover ng vent nya ung isa vent cover ko nabali agad la pang 1 week kya mighty bond ko n lng, pero ganda fit nya snug talaga sa ulo. Hope this help. TY

The only feedback I can share is with regards to my CL-14. Fit and comfort "GOOD". I always encounter visor fogging "VERY BAD", specially when its raining. I hope there is a solution to this problem.

bro, i use an HJC CL14 Kast (like the one in my avatar) and my alternate helmet is a Solid Red Zeus 508W. here are my comments:

Good Points:
a) both have good quality as far as Exterior appearance & finish are concerned.
b) Interiorwise, very comfortable, no pressure points.
c) both have removable/washable cheekpads.

HJC's advantage over Zeus:
a) The 508w's face shield have a little optical distortion.
b) The 508w is a bit noisy compared to the HJC
c) The CL14 have a total of 7 vents

but the 508W have the following advantages also compare to the CL14:
a) Modular
b) Good Looks and better Shape

bottomline...i like them both.

mine is cl14 FUSE k naman sya...hrap sya compare with 508w since modular nga yung zeus pero k din naman daw sabi nung office mte ko yun ang gamit nya e. sa price naman almost d same...rangest from 4200 to 4500...any of the two wise investment na rin....

Maluwag - Zeus

Sinubukan ko rin ang ibang brand na helmets, ang pinaka snug fit talaga sa akin ang HJC helmets. Mas-gusto ko ang murang brand at DOT approved at least, pero ang problem maluluwang sa akin.:(
