We'll be holding a planning conference for Bicol events on January 7, 2006 at my Daraga house at 10 am. All club presidents are required to attend. as most clubs don't go online, those who read this, kindly inform the club presidents.

We are also set to formalize the formation the Bicol Motorcycle Club Presidents Association to act as an advisory body to the MCPF officers of Bicol.
