we at Scooterista Magazine are looking into the possibility of doing an event in San Fernando, Pampanga early next year. Before that, though, we need to know if, aside from rider clubs from the NCR, there are enough rider clubs in Central Luzon who will participate.

So can we take a roll call of all scooter and motorcycle rider clubs in these provinces?

sir, d2 sa san fernando maraming scoots, wala nga lang grupo... barkadahan lang, tambay-tambay..... maganda yang idea nyo tyak maraming magpaparticipate.... kung andun kayo last drag race sa robinsons, daming spectator..... sana matuloy yang binabalak nyo... ako po, maraming kakilala... i can inform them sa mga events na gagawin nyo dito sa min..... welcome na welcome kau d2...........

That's great to hear that you have considered san fernando as one of your venue. I'm from Pampanga and currently residing here in Makati. Alam ko maraming grupo sa Pampanga like Jet (pampanga chapter) and Road Runners since sila yung nag organized nang 1st Pampanga Convergence held in Clark Field Pampanga last May...

You may want to contact those people who organized that event sa Clark, for sure you know them since you have covered their event last may and nabasa ko rin sa anniv issue niyo...

Sir good to hear Scooterista is planning an event in Pampanga next year. I can say that there are enough rider clubs in central luzon. However most of which are not internet users and may not be able to reply to your query. In Bulacan alone I estimate that there around 40 to 50 rider clubs numbering 40 to 100 members per club. My estimate does not include the barkadas in the neighborhood. I hope scooterista pushes thru with the event. Goodluck to scooterista!

totoo yung sinasabi ninyo. madaming "indie" scooteristas, walang grupo. madami din ang hindi nakakapag-internet kaya hindi nila alam to.

ang commitment kasi namin sa venue, bago kami mag pa-event dyan, is to bring in enough riders (around 400) to participate. the owners of the venue also want to promote their restaurant among riders (may discount card silang gustong i-launch, pang riders lang! ayos diba?) so you can hold regular meetings or eyeballs there.

at syempre, mas masaya ang gimmick kung madami tayo, diba?

that's why your help would be much appreciated. kung may network kayo sa ibang groups, could you help get contact info or club names and forward to us? gusto namin makabuo ng database of most, if not all, rider groups in central luzon. so far, kokonti pa lang ang nasa club directory namin.

salamat sa offer dennis. we'll definitely take you up on your offer if we do push through with the event.

ok naman yung jamboree last year considering the number of people you were expecting. we, too, have our own bad (and good) experiences from our own events and we just learn from them so we can make better events next time around.
