It seems that everything is in order. And the fact that you're able to ressolve IP addresses shows that DNS is working. I can't imagine you're having problems with web pages.

Do this. Open your Internet Explorer and select Tools from the menu, then Internet Options. Select the Connection tab. From the list under the Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings, select your myDSL account. Then click on the Dial whenever a network connection is not present radio button. Also, click on LAN settings at the bottom and make sure that all selections are unchecked.

See if it works.

I can't think of any other solution at this time.
