@eric
sir as per your request :banana:
share ko lang experience ko with my loncin c200 going to Iloilo.
November 2004 we went on a roadtrip, me and my two cousin. Me and my cousin on the c200 and my other cousin in my brother's 150cc scooter
(eric that time wala pang z200 ung brother ko and he is already in Iloilo)
It was a Sunday and we took off from our house in paranaque around 6:00 am going to Batangas, we used the national highway going to Batangas
and we arrive around 9:30 am. We immediately boarded one of the RO-RO vessel that is scheduled to depart 10:00 am bound to Calapan Mindoro. The fare is 310 including one passenger. The sea was choppy because of the storm (remember the three strom that hits mindoro last year).
We arrive in Calapan 12:30. We immediately boarded our bikes and hit the road since it's a long ride from Calapan to Roxas Mindoro around 180 km if i'm not mistaken. It was raining very hard and we decided to push through because we don't want to be left by the RO-RO bound to Caticlan that will depart 7 pm from Roxas. We had 3 stop overs. We are only doing 60-70 kph
coz of the road conditions (slippery) plus it was raining with strong winds. The road going to roxas was terrible because of the power lines and coconut trees that was brought down by the strong wind and we arrive 10 minutes late and we did not catch the vessel. Luckily there is an Australian national who has a placed for us to stay to get some rest since the next scheduled trip is 4:00 am the next day.
At 3:30 next morning we boarded the RO-RO vessel bound for Caticlan. We arrive in Caticlan were my brother and other relatives are waiting for us. We parked our bikes on a secured parking area and jump on a ferry boat for Boracay. We stayed in Boracay for 4 days and 3 nights. After Boracay me and my two cousins hit the road again bound for Iloilo, I cannot exactly remember the distance from Caticlan to Iloilo but it took as 6 hours including stop overs. We stayed in Iloilo for 2 days and hit the road again on the same route going to Manila.
All I can say is that the Loncin c200 is a relaible bike, rain or shine. madami na kaming pinagsamahan ng motor na to.
I wish we could do that roadtrip again together with my fellow loncin owners. thanks.
