break-in palang ako kaya wala pang in-depth review. pixs to follow na lang this saturday.

1. hard start sa umaga (walang choke yun bike).
2. ang pangit ng manual. mali mali grammar.

got home yesterday, excited na ako to take my bike out for a spin, lo and behold di ko magamit. why?

6. may tulo yun fuel dun sa carbuerator. ipapa-home service ko muna mamayang hapon pa uwi ko. buti na lang malapit yun dealer sa bahay ko. (kaya yun in-off ko muna yun fuel switch, natakot ako baka lumiyab eh.)

7. for some unknown reason nabiyak yun fairing ko sa ilalalim malapit sa center stand. my theory is dahil masyadong mahigpit yun pagkakabit dun sa screw kaya nabiyak, manipis kasi yun plastic na ginamit.

sir, madali lang yan.. kung ayaw nila palitan ng matino eh di wag mo bayaran yung monthly dues mo... ewan ko lang kung di nila palitan... medyo mahal pa naman ang monthly nyan considering na 150cc lang sya...

the good news is umaandar na yun mc ko! pinalitan yun "tasa" kasi basag na (sa ilalim ng fuel switch), napalitan na rin yun nabasag na fairing. home service pa. madali naman kausap pala eh.

bad news. pag gising ko kaninang umaga may tulo na naman dun sa "tasa", im sure di ito normal. di ko na rin pwedeng palitan yun unit kasi na-ipasok na raw sa lto yun mga papeles ko.

may correction din pala ako, may choke pala ito yun nga lang sa makina naka-kabit, sanay kasi ako nasa may handle bar naka-pwesto yun eh. (so that whats that little switch for? i was wondering about that.) ngayon madali na i-start.

question mga bro, paano napapalambot yun clutch? parang ang tigas nun clutch ko nakakangawit.

well saturday na! after my work sa umaga dumirecho ako agad sa dealer ko. had the fuel leak fixed again. this time it worked. wala ng leak. i also had the clutch adjusted, ayan malambot na. wohooo! :punk:

i took my baby for a spin, dito lang sa commonwealth. rode all the way to sm fairview and back to bf via regalado-mapayapa. sarap!

siyempre break in pa lang kaya hinay hinay muna ako sa pagtakbo, up to 45kph lang. konting naninibago sa clutch kasi i use to ride a sym jet scoot na twist and go lang. don't get me wrong, its not that i don't know how to use a clutch, i learned to ride a long time ago, la lang practice. ayun nangangawit yun clutch hand ko pag traffic, ok lang, i guess masasanay din ako with enough saddle time.

now for my early assesment sa bike ko. well surprisingly its pretty stable inspite of its thin wheel base. admittedly i haven't ridden that many bikes (honda xrm, wave alpha, & sym jet) but in my opinion the handling is not bad. the engine tends to vibrate a lot, i don't know if thats normal. overall, the ride is pretty quiet (i guess replacing the pipe will change that soon enough. :O ). i haven't ridden it long enough to assess the fuel milage but i'll post it as soon as i gathered enough the data.

well i guess thats enough for now, 'til next time...

had my first 300km oil change and tune up. wow ang laki ng pinagbago, smoother na yun shifting ng gears at less vibration na nga. napalitan na rin yun nag-crack na engine fairing.

the new oil i used is shell advance s4 on my next oil change/tune up (600km) i plan on trying out repsol mineral. :)

well the engine fairing is fixed finally (for free 'coz its still under warranty).

i do have a question for the gurus. is it normal for your bike to "die" when you put it on first gear? this only happens when the bike is cold. is that normal?

I'm from Katipunan-Marikina area. You guys are from Fairview and Cainta. Nasa gitna nyo lang ako. If you want, you can join us, the Loncin guys on our EB this coming Sunday, the 9th of October. It'll be at 6am at my hangout in Industrial Valley, This is near that winding inclined road Maj. Dizon (it connects Katipunan & Marcos Hiway).Our bikes are similar though ours has a slightly bigger engine displacement. I also have a Motorstar Z200 which looks slightly different from the 1st three bikes I have mentioned. Sama kayo sa amin & maybe we can give you some info's re our bikes. Thread the Loncin forum to get to know the other guys. You're will be most welcome. :s

*wohoo!* had my first long ride with my fellow mcp members yesterday. we went to tanay rizal via marcos hi-way! sarap sa twisties! for a brief moment i felt like a racer in a moto gp race *to be honest mabagal lang naman takbo ko eh pero kahit na sarap pa rin*.

my bike really got tested yesterday as we travelled along some rather rough roads.

gripes: front shocks needs a bit of stiffening, the front mudguard keeps banging on the body fairing on some rough spots.

need to get a fuel filter installed, something is clogging up my carb causing my bike to lose power sometimes. hmmm? maybe the installation of a filter may prevent this from happening again.

overall, on trips less than 100km my xt-150 is a ok with a little more experience i might be able to keep up with the other guys on my next ride. :)

tentaively we're scheduling every 2nd Sunday of the month for our Fun Runs. The next 2nd Sunday falls on the 13th of November. So as early as now, free your sched for that date. :R

our bikes are clones. the chinese gets their parts from different specialization manufacturers, ei: our body fairings, gas tanks, foot pegs, & other body parts. these manufacturers mass produced these parts & supplies it to different cycle companies who in turn just assemble them & label them with their company's name. kaya pare-pareho lang mga bike natin. even engine parts would probably be similar except for the piston area. C200 & Z200 for example utilize some parts of honda tmx 155 & xlr 200.

on a side note, had my bikes front shock adjusted earlier, added oil and had it raised a tad bit. ok na siya di na tumatama sa mudguard. wohoo!

You have a chance to meet Ariz, Adventurer, & Erictf though coz ariz & Erictf are going to Adventurer's bike parts store to buy some parts. PM these guys their sched regarding that. Then PM nyo ako dahil puedeng mag-billiards tayo sa hang-out ko habang pinagkukuwentuhan natin ang future rides natin. Ang matalo, sagot ang merienda. hehehe :cheers:

i tired riding my byk yesterday and ok naman na medyo maga na nga lang and nagkaroon ng parang mga pasa sa paa ko.

diko rin masyado nakausap ung guy kasi medyo nagmamadali labng ako nun and may kasama pko :C pero ung pipe nya iba na parang ung mga color blue and kulay na nakakabit sa mga underbones.

dipa ako kabit bago sparkplug e pero may nasira sakin..yung indicator lang naman ng gears and sa monday replace narin ng dealer ko kaya ok lang. ipapacheck ko narin sparkplug ko para sure. gusto ko sana sumama sa punta nyo sa shop ni sir adventure b un? kaya lang may lakad ako sa manila e kaya drin me pede.. :crazy: hayyy...hirap ng tyt sched!hehe :W

had my parklight bulb changed earlier, all seems fine for now.

oh man its hard to replace my bulbs, it takes a lot of work! you first have to remove the front fairings just so you can have access to the light assembly next you have to remove the assembly from the fairing just so you can have free access to the bulbs. crud i'm beginning to hate those chinese engineers. :angry:

Someone told me na just in case naiwan ang car key mo sa loob ng kotse with the remote on it, tapos meron kang spare remote key sa bahay, you dont have to go home and pick up the spare key... tawagan mo lang daw kung sinong meron cellphone sa bahay, then ask him na itutok yung remote sa phone niya and click the remote then ikaw naman itutok mo yung phone sa car and mabubukas na raw... syempre naka call yung phone ha... ano? wanna try it? para tayong myth busters niyo sa Discover Channel....:D

bike gripe!!!!
1. installed the fuel filter na, kaso di ko na ma-reach ang 100kph...parang na-sisinok yun bike pagdating ng mga 90kph...lalo na kapag full throttle para siyang nalulunod.
2. di kaya ng alternator ko yun kinabit ng mekaniko ko na 35w/35w na white light. kahit umaandar nadidiskaga yun batt. ibabalik ko ba sa 25w/25w o papalitan ko yun alternator?
